Let me start off by giving them a plus for speedy service for coming to fix our AC on Saturday. However, when I asked him what he fixed, he said "trade secret, thats how I make my money". Well, if ripping off people is how they make their money, that is true. The following day, the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the first floor of our business. When the serviceman came to fix the unit, they wanted to charge us for an additional $120 for a pipe that the guy broke the day before! When we asked to speak to "Marc" the boss who fixed the air conditioning unit the previous day, they said that he was very busy and wont speak to us. That is complete BS and they are unprofessional in handling their priorities. Call these people if you want to get ripped off.

I called Nichols and they were VERY!! nice to speak with and had someone at my home asap the next morning.. The person that arrived was VERY PROFESSIONAL!! and EFFICIENT!! and QUICK!! This would have been something i could have done myself if it wasnt for 2 work related injuries that have seriously impacted my ability to do things and because of that there were some heavy things that had to be moved before the fellow could start working and he was great and quickly and carefully had moved everything.. I would recommend Nichols to anyone and EVERYONE!! And just so you know i am an actual customer i am signing my name to this review!! WILLIAM R. MILES

I called for an estimate for my hot water heater and a boiler . This guy came and promised me an estimate in the next two days. after a week I called them again and they told me someone will call you. I tried many time calling them Nothing was happening . I still didnt get my estimate. They might dont know what they doing either the made enough money . Dont want more business. So I will give them zero all over .
