A. R. Sauro is a very professional and reliable company. We had two issues that needed to be addressed. The first issue was an immediate concern, a major water leak in our Wash Room. The second issue was to purchase a Water Conditioner/Softner. My initial contact with the company, was with Davina. She was able to get a Service Technician to our home to fix the leak, the next day. Davina walked me through all the water treatment options. We decided to purchase the Water Softner, Filtering and Drinking Systems and are very pleased with our purchase. Everyone we worked with at A. R. Sauro, especially Davina, provided excellent service and we would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing and water treatment services.

Unlike the last company (Thomas Byrd) we had service our system, Jim obviously new exactly what he was doing and made sure that the existing, old calcite was broken-up and properly flushed. A great job and a really nice, personable guy. Both Jim and A.R. Sauro are highly recommended.
