Anytime Fitness of Colonia is a beautiful gym that is kept exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating at all. I have always felt very comfortable there. I have been a member for 2 years now and am very happy with my results. The staff and personal trainers are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and have helped me to achieve my fitness goals and to take it to the next level. The equipment is very new and kept clean and current, everything you need to get in an exceptional workout. The 24hr access is amazing. When other gyms close early due to storms or holidays Im still able to get into my gym and get my workout in! You may think youll never need the access for the middle of the night...but you never know about an early morning workout or a quick run on the treadmill before Thanksgiving dinner! Id recommend this gym to anybody.

5 stars for the "Anytime Fitness" brand & 4 stars for this particular one. I went 2 one in Oregon. Anytime Fitness are beautiful gyms with great, new equipment. However, the reason its called Anytime Fitness is because its supposed to be a 24 hour gym. It has "Anytime" in its name, lol! That was the main premise of this brand this location has abandoned. This location has hours its open & closed. As well as, it isnt open at all on Sundays.

This place has everything my wife and I need to workout. Its not loud and intimidating like many other gyms. Its always kept clean. Other than that its a two minute drive from my house which is super convenient.
