I had a problem with tankless water heater, circulation pump, and on demand function. Another plumber, supposedly expert in tankless water heaters, came and was completely ignorant of the relationship between the functions. So I called American. They came out, immediately diagnosed the problem with the on demand function, identified the part to be replaced (improper on demand button had been installed) and told me how to fix the problem. No charge. I will call American in the future for all plumbing issues. I got excellent service and advice and was treated extremely fairly.

Highly recommended. They returned my call within 30 minutes, came out the next day (I called at 5pm on a Wednesday and they were here at 9 am on Thursday), and spent several hours with me assessing the problem, eventually discovering that my furnace was cracked and leaking on the inside. The tech was friendly, communicative, and very clear about all my options and their estimated costs. The price was very reasonable, and I would absolutely use them for any future needs. So glad I found these guys!

Called and asked for a plumber. Pricing kept on going up before anyone was even sent out to take a look. When I questioned the pricing being changed they got annoyed and told me they were to busy to help. Bad experience- dont know how to run a good business. Would not recommend.
