Quick, courteous efficient service. They confirmed the appointment by email and called to let me know the serviceman would be 15 minutes late, then again to confirm he was on his way. Matthew Ingegneri explained everything thoroughly before he began work and then took care of the problem in no time. I especially appreciated his advice on how to prevent blockages in the future. Plus they guarantee their work for 6 months. Strongly recommended!

We needed our kithen sink drain snaked. Even though it was no emergency, they came within an hour and had the whole process finished within a half hour. Additionally, one of the washers under the sink was rusted over causing a leak, so roto rooter went out and got a new washer to fix the sink and came right back, and only charged us 60 cents for the replacement.

Terrific experience from beginning to end. Extremely pleasant on the phone, very accommodating with timeframe. Arrived when they said they would. Arrived 3 hours later than the promised time and then quoted an outrageous price for a small plumbing job. Over 2000 USD to solder an elbow joint on a copper pipe and extend and extend a plastic evacuation 6 inches.
