So...3,4 weeks ago we bought a garbage disposal and planned to install it ourselves. I got under the sink and decided that we needed professional help because --- Im not sure exactly why! Something to do with needing to cut a cast iron pipe. Anyway we called King Arthur Plumbing. We had travel plans so made an appointment for 2 weeks later, on a Monday morning. First thing that morning I called to be sure the appointment was still on, and a super friendly woman (she deserves for me to remember her name but I cant quite...Laura?) answered and assured me theyd be at my house within the hour. Sure enough they arrived --- and after a quick look told me that they could put in a disposal but the plumbing inside the wall would have to be redone; more costly and they do that kind of work. I was told exactly how much I was expected to pay them for the install. Loved they had booked the appointment, loved their receptionist and loved Chris the plumber. Just moved into this house so its great finding a plumber without having the horror of a clogged toilet....yet!

On Google they have 5 and thank goodness I went off the Google reviews. Couldnt be happier with my service technician, Chris. Major sink issues with the rain and not only did he fix it, he was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was super responsive and took the time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was, etc. I learned a lot about whats what in my house from him! He also was very conscientious to not track dirt in and clean up afterwards. I was not expecting such amazing service by just finding someone online quickly for an emergency. Will call King Arthur Plumbing for all my needs!

I initially called King Arthur out to my home because my toilet bowl kept backing up. The gentlemen Chris who came to my house came over promptly and was extremely professional. They quickly were able to diagnose what the problem was with my toilet and they provided me with an exact price to remedy my problem. Chris was able to fix my problem the same day. I would highly recommend King Arthur to any of my friends and family that have a plumbing or heating need in their home or business.

My heat stopped working on the night before the Superbowl. I contacted King Arthur Plumbing Sunday and they sent a tech out on Superbowl Sunday. Thanks for fixing my heat and replacing my igniter so quickly. Fair pricing and excellent customer service.
