Disappointed that we were not able to use them. My husband called and asked for them for help to install an under the sink water filter. Despite their website saying that they serve Middlesex and Monmouth Counties, we were told that they specifically do not serve New Brunswick and Perth Amboy (which also happen to have the highest Hispanic populations in the county) because they had "issues with parking" and their trucks have sustained damage in the past. We assured them that we had a driveway so they wouldnt have to worry about parking on the street, so I dont know if there is another concern with our town he declined to tell us about.

I had a problem with water overflowing from the sink in the basement. They came in, diagnosed the problem correctly, and did a great job implementing a solution at what I thought was a very generous price. Ive had my basement flood twice due to the drainer/pump not working properly and I had trouble sleeping at night whenever I had the washer running. Now, I can finally sleep at peace without having to worry. After they were done with the installment, I asked them for few additional favors and they happily accommodated my requests at no additional cost. I highly recommend them.

Awesome.....Awesome......Awesome service from these guys. We live in Old Bridge and had a backup with the main line to the sewer. They came at the drop of a hat the first night and made sure everything was clear. Two nights later we did have a back up, they came that night and did an amazing job with clearing the line and found the cause of the problem. They werent going to charge us anything but we were so happy with there service, professionalism, and thoroughness we gave them a nice tip! Great guys highly recommend and will be our first call. Good experience using their services. Being a newly single woman, I had no clue what to do when the bathroom kept overflowing with water. Archer plumbing came quickly once I requested an emergency service. I do wish the "after hours" pricing was discussed with me after I asked about the different service call pricing. But all in all, I did expect to pay a heavier price for quick service. They arrived in approx. 30 mins, took about 45mins-1 hour and everything was fixed. The plumber was experienced and friendly. I would absolutely use their services in the future.

I got home from work and had no hot water. I googled local plumbers and Archer came up. For the time, price and hour they came out, I was impressed. The professionalism and communication that was displayed made me feel comfortable and certain that the job would be done correct. They took away the old water heater and cleaned up the surrounding area even when I told the guys it wasnt a big deal. Id recommend Archer to anyone and would definitely use them again if needed

They have done everything from run our natural gas line out from the house and under the deck, to installing a new toilet, to unclogging shower drains. Promptly answered my call for a ceiling leaking. Fast, efficient and so nice. Found my problem and all taken care of before other plumbers I had called even got back to me. Clean and neat - brought his own drop cloth and very little mess. Andy kept offering to vacuum but I said I would take care of it :) Highly recommend

$400 to fix a clogged toilet. After the tech finished he insisted on going to the basement where he he tore down all competitor stickers from the hot water heater and furnace and replaced with theirs. Really? Update a year later - just found another of their sticker INSIDE the toilet tank.
