My Dell had slowed down considerably. I decided to try out User Friendly based on a couple of positive online reviews. Matt was able to quickly diagnose problem and offer solutions at different prices. He thoroughly explained each option and was never pushy. Since he installed a new SS drive (at what I felt was a very fair price,) computer is faster than ever and has been running without issue for two months. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I have repaired several business pcs as well as personal pcs and have always been extremely satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend User Friendly PC Services which is exactly what its name says. Matter of fact Im on my way over tomorrow for a hard drive replacement. Considering a second RAM Drive to speed up this computer as I am very satisfied with the one Matt installed on my main desk computer.
