My generation didnt have computers in school. Learning the system was not an easy experience and then there were the UPGRADES to the system. When I would make a mistake in the system I would call Mazzy of Integrated Services and he would log on to my system and fix the problem for me the same day. If I needed to fix the problem myself, he would walk me through the process. Never once did he make me feel like I was a bother (he had many calls) I highly recommend Integrated Services to any company looking for outstanding service which is a rarity in todays world. Integrated Computer Services, Inc replaced my mac book pro screen after I stupidly rolled over my machine and cracked the glass while playing with my dog. They were courteous, quick and checked in a couple weeks afterwards to make certain it was operating properly. And they did this at 1/4 the cost that Apple quotes.I actually waited until I was in NJ to get the computer repaired simply because a friend of mine had told me about them previously. What more could you ask for from a capt. repair service really?
