Went there a few weeks ago. I went to go fix something that was clearly wrong with the logic board of a relatives iPhone. Even though the issue was unfixable, the guy behind the counter explained everything to me in detail and alternative methods I could take to either recover the data on the device or replace the damaged board. In the end of his diagnostics, I wasnt even charged. This place is clearly being run by great people who want to actually help you. My friend went there to fix an All-in-One computer, and it didnt take nearly as long as we though it would. Nice, friendly, simple repairs. Am so glad there are actually still businesses like this around. Cant recommend this place enough. :D

I dropped my laptop a few days before the semester started and quickly called the Emergency Repair Shop because I am taking 3 online classes and needed it fixed urgently. The owner quickly ordered the needed parts and had them two day shipped in order to finish the project before my first assignments came due. My laptop was fixed within three days!!! The owner even made it possible for me to pick up my laptop after hours when it was more convenient for me. They are affordable and much faster than other repair shops in the area. I would never trust my electronics with anyone else.

One of my electric cables from my PS3 Fight-stick broke off and I needed it to be professional solder. Emergency Repair Shop did that for me within minutes and even added electric cover tape to avoid any other complication. Been coming here for all of my damage electronics. My home pc died so I decided try out this business. They did a diagnosis within a day and provided me with a few options. Being that it was an older pc I decided to decline the fix and just upgrade. However they did not charge me for the diagnosis which was great! They have a very clean and professional looking shop. The owner was friendly and was very helpful. Highly recommend you check this business out for any tech repairs!

Dont mess around with the clowns on the boardwalk...these guys are real pros that will fix your phone for the right price, with no haggling and no hassle. They fixed my iPhone 6 screen within 45 minutes with no issues at all. They are respectful, professional, have a nice, clean shop and although I hope that Ill never need their services again, but at least I have peace of mind knowing that they are there in case I do.

This was my first time in this store and I will definitely be returning. I first went to Verizon who told me I had to purchase a $500 phone because my phone was not fixable. Thats when I decided to try the emergency repair shop. The two guys in there were friendly and very thorough, and saved me $500 , because they took the time to figure out the problem. By far the best experience I have ever had in a phone store.

Just picked up my godson for a volunteer project today. He mentioned his iPhone broke and his mother would be "extremely unhappy "when she found out. We googled to find a local repair business. We dropped off the phone on the way and it was ready about 2 hours later for pickup on the way back home. Reasonable price, very nice, and a "life saver ". Thanks guys.

Happened a while ago, but I was having trouble with my charging port, and I couldnt charge my phone. First, this place charged the least amount of money. When, I got there, they were really honest, and cleaned out my port very good. They cleaned it twice to make sure. After that, they gave it back and the port was like new. Great place, great service!

Class act. Friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a repair but, I was so impressed with the operation I walked out with a pre owned iPhone, charger and damage resistant case. The phone looks and operates like it is brand new. Great price! I highly recommend Emergency Repair Shop.

These guys really helped me. My 2012 HP Pavilion laptop had a broken hinge + the OS would not fire up. Well, they repaired the hinge and put in a fresh Windows 8.1, then tuned up my apps and downloads so my computer will be functioning nicely for another couple of years.
