I have used this company for over 10 years. I love these guys. When ever I have an emergency they show up the same day or close after. My autistic son was having a meltdown due to his computer freezing up. I called at 9:30 in the morn and they were here by 12 noon to fix the problem. They got rid of the bugs, reset and installed the virus protection, cleaned the whole system out and even added a you tube icon to make it easier for my son. The prices are reasonable and they really know their stuff. A very professional and friendly staff. I refuse to use anyone else. They are great!

I had a flash drive that broke off in my computer. I called Best Buy and asked about retrieving the data. They told me it would be $250, which seemed like alot. So I brought it in to Staples. They told me it would be $379 and they would send it out to be repaired. I brought it to On-Site. They fixed it in about 3 hours and charged me $15. Where do you think Ill go first next time I need computer repair, or to buy new equipment? Im their new biggest fan!

they are the best. I have used them twice before. This time however I got a virus that locked everything up and we were not sure they could save it. Tom the technician is the BEST! he said it took some doing and he was able to save all of my computer without deleting or redoing it. I would recommend these people with no hesitation. and reasonable too.
