The service is very good. The most important thing is these people really know computers. I have a 2 years old Lenovo Thinkpad which doesnt start. I sent to Lenovo, Lenovo said have to change motherboard, and will charge me $475+tax if I want to fix it. Considering my budget, I sent my laptop here for a try. George helped us. After a quick but careful check of the computer, he found out the problem is not motherboard, but simply SD card reader, and fixed it in a minute. Now my laptop comes back to live. Thank God I came here! I would strongly recommend this place for your computer/laptop diagnosis and repair. These people are professionals who really know computers.

Open on saturdays. I took my PC here when i noticed the fans of my water cooling system was working way harder than normally. My CPU temp was very high when the computer wasnt even doing anything. I got to the store told the guy what happened, he listened to every word i said and checked to see if everything was connected properly in the PC itself. Turned out there was just dust in the PC. Even though my solution was simple the guy working there gave my problem all the attention he could and was great about the whole thing. I say if you are having any type of computer problems, this is the place to take it. service was A+++

I recently had issue with a new pc needing a bios update to function. I took the pc to geek squad first before knowing the issue and after paying them $99+tax upfront to diagnose it, a week later they were only able to tell me it was a motherboard issue. I then looked for well reviewed companies in the area to help me and found Interblueweb. Brought my computer in on a saturday evening and they diagnosed it right infront of me for free. These guys are the best. Friendly, always responsive, and answer the phone right away. We have been using them for over five years and would never go anywhere else. They do all of their service right there, sometimes if possible while we wait! Prices are very reasonable, and they stand behind their work. We cant think of another computer company to use for our needs. They are open into the mid-evenings and turn the work around super fast.

Timely, professional, and friendly service. I was greeted promptly by a friendly employee, who immediately assessed the issue while I present. I had a rather basic hardware installation request, which I expected to take days. Instead I received a call several hours later with notice that the installation was successful and my PC was ready for pick-up. I will return to Interblueweb for all of my computer servicing needs.

I build my own machines and know enough not to know what I am doing. Anyway the computer stopped turning on and only beeped at me. I took it in to interblueweb and they found a switch on the power supply that got tripped. Needless to say they got it working again and did not charge me a penny! Now I plan on taking it back to them to do some upgrades. Nice to find an honest vendor out there. Thanks guys!

Went in because my laptop had a problem with a hinge and I didnt know if i was worse than that. Jorge(employee) then quickly realized that it was missing two screws and without hesitation replaced them for me and made sure that nothing else was wrong with my laptop. Best part is that when I asked how much it was for his time he refused to accept money for it. BEST customer service period in Jersey.

Besides compare to others places, there I have free computer checkup. First of all, Best Buy charges to diagnose any computer, these guys have FREE computer diagnosis. Not only that, Best buy was going to take 7 days to determine what was wrong with my computer, these guys told the problem in less than a day and fixed it in 2 days. I am happy with the service. WOW! quick diagnosis and repaired at a very reasonable price. Sons laptop needed a new LCD cable to solve the sudden black screen. Also they cleaned it up a bit. No more worries about what to do if any of our pcs have a problem.
