Did they fix my screen? Well yes but still not recommending. I was told my screen will take 1-3 days to order. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning. On Friday I called to check the status and was told they had received a defective screen and had to reorder. Was told could be here to today or tomorrow. I understood, I know things happen that are out of our control. I call again the next day being I was told by tomorrow, and was then told, nope Monday. This was a little upsetting being I was going away and really didnt want to have a take a 7 year old phone with an extremely poor camera but not much I could do. However, even though at this point it didnt matter cause I had already left, my phone wasnt ready until Tuesday. When I was notified the guy apologized and said he would take $20 off because of the delay. When I went to pick up my phone there was no note or discounted added and the worker had to call to make sure I wasnt making it up. I did get a discount but at that point it was changed to $15. I can understand things happen and delays can be expected, I cant understand being lied to about. I was obviously lied to about when it would be ready after the defective screen came and then lied to again about the discount. In the end I do have my phone back repaired but I will not be bringing my other phone needing repair there and I for sure will not be recommending to anyone.

I came in the other day to get my iPhone 5 checked up because it had not been working for sometime. I was serviced by Justin who kindly welcomed me and quickly went to work on my phone to diagnose the problem. We ended up finding out that the issue was a faulty battery that was given to me by another repair shop the last time my phone was giving me problems. I was skeptical to replace the battery once again but, Justin assured me that there would be no issues and if one was to come up, their 90 day guarantee would have me covered. Needless to say my experience here was AWESOME and would highly recommend this place without question! Thank you Justin and MD Repairs for your great customer service! Cheers!

This place was recommended to us to fix a broken iPhone 6 and the experience could not have been better. The employee was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He explained what happened to the phone and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. The cost was over $50 less than a new phone would have been. I would recommend this place to anyone with a cracked screen that wants to have the most cost efficient and stressfree experience.

I had never had to get my phone repaired so I wasnt sure how it was usually done. Justin at the store in Matawan was extremely knowledgeable. He informed me about the price differences between screens and some promotions they were running at the time. The Service was done while I waited, 15 minutes tops. Compared to prices my friends paid at other stores, I couldnt pass it up.

Well great kind service , didnt know the guy @ the counter but he was very chill and layback. So take it as the employees are very easy to speak to. They fixed my screen of my iPhone 5 and changed the button too which they overall did great! Recommend them to anyone in the area or out of the county to go and check them out.
