This is the most professional small business that I have ever dealt with. On their site, it says that you can call them day or night and they stand by that. I called them at 3:00am because I am a nurse and i get home late and within 15 minutes someone was at my place and my computer issues were gone. They even told me what caused it and how to prevent it from happening in the future. They are also very honest and arent like those so called geeks out there who tell you all kinds of things to rip you off. You will never get ripped off with MRK Computer Services, Inc. as they stand by their work and no one comes close. Customer service is excellent as well. Ive dealt with companies who ignored my phone calls once they were paid, but with this company its all different. They will never turn you down and will always tell you the truth from the get go. You dont have to take my words for it. Give them a try for yourself.

The place is clean and has light music playing. Its a very inviting foyer. There is an Internet cafe as well as a section where the gentleman does his computer tech stuff. He (Mark) was extremely professional and organized, which is rare for his like of work. He diagnosed my computer within 2 minutes and I was out of his store within 8 minutes, including payment etc. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. His prices were so amazing I was able to give him a tip because I expected to pay way more. Overall great experience, now I can do my hw and draft my fantasy team!

I brought in my PS4 to him to change the HDMI port. I had ready taken it apart, so I just brought him the motherboard and the new HDMI. I had already attempted to remove the old Port unsuccessfully. He was aware of everything. He charged me $100 for the job. I picked it up, put it back together and it still didnt work. My issue is that he made no offer or attempt to correct the situation. He was ok w charging me for work that did not accomplish what he was paid for. He was indifferent to the outcome. I would not give him my business again.

Mark repaired my computer screen and dealt with my unexpected wifi card problems as well, after hours. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to please everyone, especially when a problem emerges out of your control (or responsibility). That is why truly cherish and respect someone like Mark, who goes out of their way to provide the best for their customers. I will definitely go back to MRK if I have computer issues in the future. I already told a few of my friends about him. He truly deserves it!

On top of that he gave me great advice on how to avoid such problems and also recommended hardware configurations for my new laptop that would be cost efficient. It was definitely worth the drive.
