It took this place over a month to "figure out" what was wrong with my computer, when I only needed a new screen. Im a college student, I cant go without my computer for more than a month. The workers are lazy. They never called me to let me know the status on my computer, they waited until I called them to ask me if they could order the screen. They didnt even call me when my computer was ready. When I first dropped off my computer they told me it would be ready in a week and that it would cost $85, but when I called back a week later, they told me that they hadnt ordered the screen yet and that it was gonna cost $177. Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely overpriced. The store is a mess and the receptionist and one of the workers were arguing when I picked my computer up. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE.

I have worked for PCS since 2007 and although the office can get crowded with computers that clients have not picked up and computers that are being worked on. This shows that we are busy. In order to be busy, you have to do good work. The techs and boss work together and get the jobs done in the most efficient means possible. The prices have been the same since 2007 and are very fair. It looks like the last review was from a disgruntled employee posing as a client. LOL We still wish you well Paul! =)

Terrible. Archetypal arrogant snarky techie guy who thinks he is a lot smarter than he his. I think his name was Ed. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There are other computer repair shops in the area where the people are professional. I suggest you go to one of those.

Quick turn around. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. We run a business and PCS has always worked with us to insure that we have what we need when we need it. They also make house calls! I would highly recommend to anyone.
