I have never had a significant PC problem until this past week. I dropped my lap top off at PC Med Center not knowing what to expect. The team there explained the process they would follow right up front. While my lap top was being diagnosed and brought back to life virus free I received multiple telephone calls with status updates . I picked up my lap top last evening and the final price was actually a bit lower than the original estimate. I am not very computer literate and the team always put things in clear concise terms. Given how inexpensive new lap tops have become they really made repairing my three year old machine worth it. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND these guys

Love this place. Its like taking your car to a mechanic you trust, and this is the only place Id take my computer. Very (very) affordable, and work was done within a week. You can pay to have it done sooner if needed. The staff knows what theyre doing and wont talk down to you.
