These guys are great! My MacBook Pro had a quick, but near-deadly encounter with a leaking bottle of water and stopped working without the use of a power cord or a mouse, as the touchpad no longer worked. Took it to the Apple Store, where I was told that they would have to send it out for a complete rebuild at a cost of $750. Decided that it wasnt worth the investment, and that I would continue to use the computer as is (with power cord and mouse) until I found a new one on sale. After reading online reviews, I also decided to bring it into Brainstorm for a second opinion. After opening the back, David told me that he would be able to clean it up and replace the battery and touch pad for a fraction of the cost of the Apple repair. Not only was their price very reasonable, but after the parts arrived, I brought the computer to their store in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. And, its working beautifully. Thank you, Brainstorm!

Have a PC that was running very slow and needed a backup strategy. Computer had never been serviced in over five years of use. A telephone call and a search of referral comments indicated that Brainstorm was a good place to go. David, of Brainstorm Computers, queried about my use of the computer and outlined a plan to address the problems. A few days later, a PC was returned that performed phenomenally, had a program / disk / strategy to automatically back up pertinent data, and a way to move to a new PC when that time comes. The Hudson Valley Horrors are big fans of Brainstorm. We use them for laser engraving services as well as for computer tech support. They make really awesome customized awards for us - from skate shaped ones to our logo (which is a very complicated design). You cannot find a better place to get your computer serviced either. You get great customer service and quick turn-around. Shawn & David are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. And their space... techy fun all around.

Whenever they are out here working on my bosss network I get to sponge up some valuable knowledge. I am amazed @ the skill level. They have been hired to install an entire network @ a new facility of another one of our clients from the ground up. The confidence my employers have in them is no surprise, & a testament to their remarkable talent. Personally, I cant wait to get my gaming rig engraved there.

Nobody knows PC like this guy. Top notch when it comes to repair and walking you through any little details you might have missed or just plain didnt know about. Anytime I have computer problem he is the first person I call, which ends up being the only person. Its always a blessing to see a true professional available to help out.

Sean and the guys at Brainstorm are great. While the big box stores will see a laptop with a virus and say, buy a new machine. Sean and the guys will save your data and get your machine up and running. Brainstorm recovered my Windows Home Server and helped me fix a tablet I had broken the power connector on.
