Our daughter began Crossroads daycare when she was only 4 months old. As first-time nervous parents, we had done tons of research finding the best daycare that would provide the care and love that she would need as an infant. We wanted to find a center that supported her learning, but also didn’t feel like a factory – a place with a personal touch. We came equipped with a ton of questions during our tour and felt very comfortable with all the answers we were given. From her very first day, we knew we had made the right choice. As hard as it was to go back to work, we knew she was in the best hands at Crossroads. The infant room teachers and staff were so supportive and understanding – they gave us a daily sheet explaining everything we had missed during the day and personalized it for our daughter. In fact, our daughter took her first steps at Crossroads and when I went to pick her up that day, her teacher couldn’t wait to show me what she had learned to do! Every milestone was shared with us, so we never felt like we missed out. Even with our daughter’s food allergies, Crossroads was able to accommodate her needs. This care and love continued on throughout her years at Crossroads – the 2’s room, the Preschool room and then Pre-K. Every single one of our daughter’s teachers has given her exactly what she needed – love, support, encouragement, socialization, religious foundation, and her love of learning! They are there because they truly love children and it really shows! So many of them have become part of our family. We have no doubts that our daughter is ready to tackle Kindergarten. We sadly leave Crossroads after 4-and-a-half years, but know that we could not have made a better choice for our daughter.

In reflecting on the past school year, a topic easy to focus on and be grateful for is the ways in which our children have grown. This year bears special significance, as our youngest is now about to enter Kindergarten following a very successful preschool experience student at Crossroads Early Learning Center over the last two years. Closing this chapter is bitter-sweet: moving forward is inevitable, but we will miss Crossroads. Our family has a special vantage point about the Crossroads learning experience, now having had all three of our children educated there (with three different learning styles, personalities and growth processes) over the span of 10+ years. We already know by way of our two older children that our youngest is more than prepared for Kindergarten academically. But what is equally significant about the Crossroads experience is integration of important fundamental values such as our Christian faith, the building of character, and fostering a community even at the early childhood level – and you made learning fun and applicable to other real-life experiences. As parents, we also greatly appreciated what was a team effort for our children’s education which partnered parents, teachers/aides and office administration to ensure each student’s academic and personal success. Our older two children yet look back all these years later with a special fondness for Crossroads. The staff and memories are sincerely emblazoned in the hearts of all three of our children, and on us as their parents too! We will forever be grateful for choosing Crossroads Early Learning Center as the place for our children’s early education. Be blessed, and know you make a difference daily!

I believe often we are motivated to contact superiors and such when we have a complaint. However, when someone goes above and beyond we dont have the same motivation to speak about that. With that said I am writing to you because I want to make you aware of the gem you have in Ms. Maria (Ks class). Ms. Maria does something out of love and I dont believe she realizes how much it means to me. Ms. Maria drops me a little note in Ks backpack if she sees something that requires my attention. The quick notes ranges from K didnt nap and wasnt himself; Ks cough didnt sound good today; Reminder K needs more albuturol (forgive the spelling) only one vial left. As a working mother, and a part time student I cant begin to tell you how much that means to me. I work because I have too. I would much rather be at home with my children. So the best next thing is to have my children in a place where they are safe, cared for and cared about. When I see Ms. Maria she always has a genuine smile and a sweet tone. And if she has a concern about K she articulates it from a place of care and concern. I wanted you to know how much that means to me. I will certainly reach out to her myself directly but I wanted you to be aware of what she is doing as well. I could never say thank you to her enough. Thank you for your time. Warmest regards

You have all been an integral part of our family for seven+ years. Both of our children have benefited from loving, caring teachers, a focus on character education, academics, and time to simply explore the world around them. It is a bittersweet time for us as we physically leave crossroads, but have many terrific memories that well cherish especially the people that have helped shaped the lives of our two children and given them an excellent foundation as they move on to further their education. We always felt confident that crossroads would ensure our children were in a safe, comfortable caring environment and that is very comforting for working parents. Our children have excellent social skills, which we contribute to their time spent at Crossroads. We highly recommend Crossroads Learning Center, which not only provides an academically sound curriculum, but also infuses the character building and provides opportunity for strengthening interpersonal skills, which are critical to being successful in many walks of life. We feel fortunate that we were able to come across Crossroads to send our children and will remember everyone fondly.

Crossroads is a fantastic daycare center. They are a knowledgeable and caring staff that have greatly assisted with everything from potty training to learning the alphabet. I have had 2 children in the program since they were infants, and I could not be happier. My 2 year old is learning his numbers and and potty training while my 4 year old is starting to learn to read! The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. Although my kids attend 3 days a week, there have been multiple occasions where my job has asked me to come in an extra day. Crossroads has gracious enough to let both my kids come an extra day with a price that is much better than any sitter I have come across. Both kids look forward to attending school everyday and talk about all the fun they had when I pick them up. In short, we researched multiple area daycare centers, and Crossroads was the best we found. Their combination of fun and education makes my kids want to go everyday. I highly recommend Crossroads for daycare services for children as young as 8 weeks old!
