When our son turned 18 months and my husband and I began looking for daycare for our son, we knew we wanted a safe, clean environment for him to learn, grown, and socialize with other children his age in. We visited a few centers in the area, but The Learning Experience of Warren was miles above the rest. There were numerous things we noticed on our initial tour of the school – not only were the rooms clean and well-stocked with toys, books and other learning tools, but the staff was friendly, clearly enjoying the time they were spending with the children. Most importantly of all, the children we saw were happy and enjoying learning, too! I knew immediately my son would thrive in this environment. My son is now three, and we have not regretted our decision for one single moment. I am not exaggerating when I say that the Center’s teachers and management staff have almost become a second family to us. They will do everything in their power to help accommodate with extra care if needed, without hesitation, and while the Center has many children, they welcome my son as he walks through the door each day by name and with smiles on their faces. They go above and beyond to build relationships with the families, with extra activities such as the summer picnic and Fall festival –events that , we as a family, look forward to each year as it gives us an extra opportunity to see our son happily interacting with his teachers and friends. My initial prediction that my son would thrive here was right on – not only is he having fun, but he has learned so much! With the help of his caring teachers, he has learned his shapes, patterns, numbers, how to spell his name, even sign language and his colors and days of the week – in Spanish! He truly enjoys going to school – he runs happily into the Center with a big smile on his face every time I drop him off. As working parents, we really couldn’t ask for more.

The Learning Experience of Warren (TLE) is a wonderful place to send your children! My daughter is 1 year old and has been attending since she was 10 weeks old and absolutely loves it there! My husband and I looked at other daycares in the area and we were horrified by what we saw. Once we walked into TLE of Warren, it was as if the sun had come out! I knew almost immediately that this was the place where my daughter would be attending. It is very clean and the staff legitimately cares about the children. What impresses me the most, is that the owner is there almost every day and knows all the children’s names. To me, that is very important, as it shows he is passionate not only about the children, but about the quality of his business. TLE of Warren is like our second family. They hold a family picnic on Saturday in the summer and a Halloween parade in the fall and Santa comes to visit in December! They also have Parent’s Nights Out a few times a year, where you can drop your child off at the center on a Friday or weekend and have some time to yourself to get errands done or catch a movie! To top it off, the teachers there are all top notch. They are very friendly, competent and I feel very safe leaving my daughter there for the day. Even though my daughter is only a year, in the infant room, they take her for buggy rides, read her books, do art projects with her and teach her to sit at a table to eat, drink from a cup, sleep on a cot and other daily living skills. The center also has a strict policy on illnesses which helps to keep them from spreading to other children and they frequently disinfect the toys and the rooms. Without TLE, I don’t feel as though she would have progressed as nicely as she has. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the center and look forward to many more years of the positive environment of TLE of Warren for our daughter.

It is one very right decision I and my wife took to send our three girls to The Learning Experience there in Warren! my daughters got attached to the place in less than a week, and still love it. the place features warm and friendly atmosphere by the teachers and management. the quality of the curriculum is superior and allowed my oldest daughter to excel in the school to become her teachers helper, doing great in math and reading chapter books. management is so apporoachable and personable, they know parents in names and treat us like a family! my daughters had a very smooth transition after we moved from Mahwah to Watchung which we didnt expect, but thanks to the crew in TLE, who smartly helped in that. My middle and young daughters are so creative making projects and bring thire projects home every day, then they both enjoy the show and tell on Friday and prepare well for it. I wont forget when Sandy hit last year, I and my wife had to go to work after 2 days of the storm, TLE found a solution for us and were so accomodating with even providing lunch and drinks to the kids! All what I can say, we are extremely comfortable going to work every day, knowing that our daughters are in good hands in TLE. Great Job TLE.

We have/had 2 children go to TLE- My son started going to TLE when he was 3 months old- he is now 5 and has graduated their preschool program and my daughter started TLE when she was 6 months and is now 19 months- happily attending her twaddler class. From the beginning the staff and management were very personable- and it quickly became like a second home. We like that every staff member knows our kids names and greets them with warm greetings at all times. Our children spend 40+ hours a week in childcare- it was very important that they feel safe and loved. TLE has great field trips, extra classes your child can partake in-- picnics & festivals for the family, a free parents night out every once in a while-- lots of extras that I know that not a lot of centers do. I worked right next door- so it was great to be able to see the kids during the day- but living 40 miles away- we did come to a point where we questioned if we should move them to a daycare closer to home-- Based on numerous factors- size & cleanliness of center, modern equipment (my son misses playing with the smart board), educational programs, and most of all the staff- We decided to keep our children there- We definitely recommend TLE!

When I think of TLE, I think, peace of mind. My son and daughter have been attending TLE for the last year and a half and at this critical time in their lives when their brains are developing faster than ever, they are constantly challenged to meet their learning potential. My son started using Mandarin vocabulary he had learned from his language lesson recently; while apple picking he proudly announced that he could say apple in Mandarin, and he did! My daughter is only 3 and is already learning how to write and do basic math. The thing I value most about this school, is that my children are happy. They are truly happy to arrive in the morning, and when I pick them up they ask to stay a little longer! I can go to work and focus on my responsibilities without worrying about them. Lastly I will mention that they offer a great selection of meals for the kids, which saves me time and headache of preparing lunches every morning while trying to get everyone ready and out the door. To sum it up: I love the teachers, I love the curriculum, and I simply love this school.
