Every time I get work done at this place I have to come back 3-4 timed for them to fix the same problem. The first time I came to this place I had brakes changed with new rotors...a 1400 hundred dollar job. I had to come back 3 times before the job was properly done. Next time I came back because brakes starting squeaking and I decided to let them try to fix my windshield wiper pump which was also broken. Its been 4 weeks and 4 return visits and my wiper pump is still broken. I dont think the mechanics there know what theyre doing. My next move now is to file a claim at smalls claims court unless they refund my money. I will NEVER take my car back to this location again and I highly suggest that you find another auto repair place. Bottom Line: Overpriced, very poor work, decent management.

These guys were extremely customer friendly. Every person that walked in behind me was greeted just the same as before. The quality of work, these guys dont take short cuts. Done right and seems like they work with you on what you want. My experience: I had custom exhaust installed on my 06 monte carlo. I told them I didnt want stock exhaust, they ordered it for me and had it expressed here. Next day guys brought the car in, parts were there and had it done in just a couple hours. Sounds awesome and they take pride in there work which lets me know they did it right. They painted the pipes for me to keep of that jersey salt during winter and cleaned the old piping off to do the same. Thanks rich and chris, and all the guys at midas for your work. Keep it up.

My midas experience was great! As a first time driver, without triple A, terrified on the side of the road with a flat tire. I called the nearest Midas, which happened to be 15 min away from me. Ronnie the store manager didnt hesitate to help me, he sent one of his mechanics to help me while I was stranded on the side of the road. Within fifteen minutes, I had my spare on and back on the road to Midas. I was relived. They were so professional and kind to reach out and help me. I had gotten my tire replaced with the same brand on the exact day. I didnt have to wait for my tire to be ordered luckily it was in stock. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I for sure trusted the Midas touch!

This shop is the greatest!!! This auto shop has great people and experts, excellent customer service skills which they also try to save you money but make sure you are getting the best care for your car. They work with you and are understanding with the different situations that their customers are experiencing. I have been with this shop for almost a year as long as I had my first car which happens to be used. Its not easy to get this kind of excellence anymore! They offer coupons online and they accept other online coupons, such as Amazon who is offering for a short time a maintenance discount. ;-)

Im so happy for u alan to not have to take a cab home but this same day I had been waiting two and a half plus hours for an oil which led to a transmission flush. Which ultimately ended up never happening because the bald guy at the front desk didnt think 45 min was enuf time to do the flush. Did I mention I was skipped in line by a foreigner while I was in my fatigues? Guess I blended in to well for him to have forgotten me. God bless america and the ability to choose

Went in for a simple oil change. Came to pick car up and it was damaged. The body was dented and scratched. Proceeded to talk to management and he told me that he does not "f****** care" and it is not his problem. The staff then continued to push me out of the store. Horrible experience. Go to another Midas or another garage. I recommend the Walmart Tire Shop.

My experience with the shop was great , they helped me and explained all that , I needed to get done to make my vehicle safe . The work was done well and the cost came to what was on the estimate . The employees did a great job from the service manager on down to the technicians who make the repairs . they are friendly .
