This service station was a gift from heaven. We were miles from home, making a delivery of large artwork, when our van died near this STS garage. Mike, without knowing who we were and little hope of getting a return visit from us, helped us out of a very difficult situation. He found us a rental car large enough to continue our large delivery while he looked at the problem with the van. He calling and spoke with our regular mechanic and together they determined that the van was not worth the cost of repair. He found us a junk yard and made arrangements to take the van away the following day. He let us keep the disabled van in his parking lot over night so that we could come back to empty it out before we junked it. He did all this and only charged us a minimal amount for the time his mechanic took to diagnose the problem. We were very thankful that Mike was there when we needed help. And he did all this with a friendly smile and reassuring manor! We were so thankful that the van died in front of STS in Chester. We highly recommend Mike as being trustworthy and honest!

Mike is the man! Im a procrastinator and I had a Nissan Altima that failed initial inspection due for inspection in a few days for EVAP system failure. He was quick, willing to go beyond standard help, and honest. He fixed my EVAP system, barely charging labor, and I walked away with a nice blue sticker on my windshield. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with dishonest mechanics but I now understand why Mike has a great reputation in Chester and I will be returning to him for any car repair needs. This place used to be called STS until Mavis bought them last year. This was my place to go from changing oil to a more deep issue with my car. Now that it became Mavis, the people are not the same (because they all left) and the new people are so impersonal. Before when it was STS, we never had to make an appointment. Now, its by appointment only. I went back to my dealer for issues with my car.

I was passing through Chester and my turn signal went out on me. Busy Saturday afternoon and they told me to pull in front of the bay where they finished within 10 minutes of my arrival. I love STS but this particular STS is a step above others we have been to and probably deserves some extra positive attention.

Very helpful, I went there 2 times with a check engine light on, first they recommended an electronic store, too bad it was booked out. when I went back they were very patient and thought it might be the bettary thats the problem, they fixed it real quick. since then I do oil change there. A place you can trust.

We used to use this Mavis when it was STS Tire. It was constant bad service. They would not do all the safety checks and normal things like tire rotations that we were supposed to get. Even if we reminded them. We finally got fed up and took all our vehicles and business somewhere else.
