I went to Meineke on Rt $6 in Ledgewood after getting my doors blown off at STS Tire, telling me I needed an entire exhaust system at the cost of $1,500. After inspecting the system myself, saw a corroded flange that was blackened aft of the CAT and likely source of my leak. I had been to Meineke years before to replace an exhaust system and remember getting a bargain. Seeing the other reviews, I went at lunch with pictures, and Phil put the car up on the lift and identified the gasket in said flange, as well as noting the muffler sounded a bit louder than normal, but not an issue if I did not think so. He priced just the gasket, and system from the flange back at my request. I listen to the stereo pretty loud, so exhaust noise, though minimal was not an issue. Bottom Line: I was able to return after work the same day and got the gasket replaced (they had to torch the bolts to loosen the flange assembly) for $98 bucks. A very far cry from $1,500. I think STS just wanted to sell me an exhaust system. It pays to shop around and get estimates. Phil lived up to the prior reviews. He saved my bacon for sure. Would definitely go back in the future.

I just took my car to Meineke on Rt 46 in Ledgewood without an appointment to have them look at my exhaust. It was really loud and I knew there had to be an issue with the exhaust. After leaving it there, they called me back in an hour and told me the bad news that I had to replace my catalytic converter, which wouldve costed me over $1000 with all parts and labor. They said the good news is that if I took it to the dealership, they should be able to do the work for free under the government 80,000 mile/8 year warranty on all catalytic converters. Sure enough, I took it to Gearhart Chevrolet in Denville, NJ and they are going to do it for free under the 80K mile/8 year warranty. Thank you, Meineke of Ledgewood, NJ, for saving me over $1000. I will definitely take all my cars there for every service because of their pure honesty.

I came here with a coupon for $19.99 oil change. After leaving they called me and said I needed full synthetic oil, and would need to be upcharged to a 65$ oil change. They lied my truck only needs a blend, I called them out on the phone and recorded the convorsation and they refused to fully reimburse me since they false advertised, and the lied about the type of oil they put in. Im giving them a week to send me my reimbursement before I pursue alternative methods to get my money back. I will post about this experience across all online forums if I dont get my check back, and will follow up on here about my experience.

Honest work done quickly at a fair price. My dealer wanted to take me to the cleaners a few years back for the scheduled maintenance. Meineke did the same work with synthetic oil and more of a personal touch with out cleaning out my wallet.! I dont feel like the number hanging from my rear view mirror any longer. Since then Meineke have been saving me money, time and the aggravation of going to the dealer. I should of sent a review long ago. Thank you Phil...

This place is absolute garbage man I was in there yesterday with my mother who is 76 years old and this new guy is in there named Mario hes not friendly all. He doesnt know anything about cars it took him an HOUR just to get my information and print everything out. Then he trys sellin me a flush for $140 when I can go to Walmart for $20.00 this place must is under new management and there a bunch of scam artists. Trust me. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE.

Had issues replacing a catback off my GTO on my own and brought it to them to complete the job as years ago I had them do work on a previous car with no issues. They did a beautiful job lining up the new exhaust (it needed some tweaking from the manufacturer) and everything looks perfect. Came out even better than I expected and they were willing to work with me with a few requests I had. Would definitely recommend them.

Used them for the first time a few days ago. Desperately needed an oil change and didnt have an appointment. Fred said I could probably come after 3pm and be fine, and he was right. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Sign says they have wifi too, but I didnt use it so cant confirm. Good, simple service with a nice staff to boot. Couldnt ask for more while getting an oil change.

Charged $80 for a synthetic oil change, may just be the New Jersey normal but it seemed like a raping. Service was friendly, took about the 30 minutes to complete
