Ive been taking all my cars and trucks there for years. I think they have new owners. New people dont seem to care. I came in tonight (May 13, 2010) 10 minutes BEFORE closing. They refused to change my oil! Was told in a somewhat disrespectful manner, "The machines are all shut down. No oil change." No smile, no apology for the inconvenience, nothing. Very disappointed. Ill be finding a new place. I suggest you do the same as well.

Had my oil changed and they cross threaded the oil plug when they put it back in and it leaked after I left. I returned and they said they repaired it and charged me $85.00. which I reluctently paid. They did not fix the leak so I had to take it elsewhere to have it properly repaired. I will not only never have an oil change done there again - I will no longer have any of my (4) vehicles washed there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I brought my F250 Pickup truck after I bought it from craigslist for a full exterior and interior detailing. I went with the 7-8 hr detailing package and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. When I picked up my truck it looked brand new. I was very happy with there service and I have to say I checked out 5 other places before I found these guys. The did an absolute phenomenal job!

Horrible car wash service. 1. Very expensive, 2. I still had bugs stuck to my front bumper after the wash. They charged me $18 for a wash, tire shine and interior vacuuming which wasnt good either cuz I had bottles still laying on the floor. The one past the circle is so much better! They use much more shampoo than this place. And its $12!!!!! Never going to this place ever again.

Just had my quick detail completed today on my 16 MDX - terrible job. Third row seat was not cleaned at all. My wife then noticed that the electronic display had 3 long scratches on them that were not there previously. I would go out of my way to have my cars washed and get their oil changed at this car wash but now I will never return.

Best car washed i have ever been to since 4 years..the price is reasonable its a hand car wash every time i go there i feel and see my car always fall in love with my car lol..the way they clean it they make it look like brand new...i would recomand everyone to check them out atleast once and for sure once you go there you keep gonna go.

Service is fast.But internal cleaning and vacuum is not done properly. When i asked for, after service is completed,they asked me to go again inside, to get vacum done if i want. I felt this is not correct and i drove off. When I am paying for the service, it is expected that the complete service is done perfectly.

After snow, my car was terrible. I took the Platinum car wash service, the best choice. My car was a mess and i couldnt believe how clean the inside and out was. Definitely coming back here!

Not the brightest guys working there. Went in for a oil change, the tool that was doing it didnt tighten the plug. Got oil drips still over my garage. Will never go back there.
