Ive been using these guys for a couple years with some here and there problems. Most of the time they do decent work, but not this time. I took my car in to replace the clutch. The first time they said "its done and all finished" it was worse than when I dropped it off. Brought it in a second time, and now they said there was a service bulletin for my cars clutch. So why wasnt this addressed the first time? Its taken them about two weeks to get to this point and it still isnt back to the way it use to be. It starts rougher than it ever has, and shifter knob has a lot more play in it when it in gear. Edit: Since then I have been in touch with the owner about taking care of some of the residing issues. He has been good about setting everything straight and getting it back to the way it was. the clutch might have been an off day for the tech or what not but they were willing to accommodate to get everything right.

Recently sent my car in for new tires...pricing was so..so. However, somewhere in the process of changing out the tires a wheel stud was broken off. There were two stories..1. It came in that way and whoever put on the spare broke it off and later 2. It broke off when the tech was removing the wheel. Regardless, they offered to replace the $1.67 stud bolt and the lug nut for a labor charge of $45 and almost $10 in parts. They sent the car out without the repair ( no parts and close to closing time ) and a few days later offered to "split the cost" of the replacement. Needless to say, I used another source to replace the $5. parts that they broke off in their facility and will never go back to them for anything. Too bad I could not return the tires and use a merchant that does the right thing for their customers.

Clean, professional, only charge for what they do. My husband took his 2001 Outback here for a weird shaking problem. They had it fixed same day. I took my 2000 Camry for an oil change and general checkup. They called me a couple hours later with a list of issues they found, and explained what was important and what could probably wait. Interestingly, they only recommended the cheap services! They didnt charge for the inspection, only the work they actually did, and never tried to trick me. They were very professional and friendly the whole time. Pricing was a tiny bit on the high side, but given that I only paid for what I actually needed, I saved a lot of money in the long run. I will definitely go back.

Had four tires installed here. Car shook violently on my way home. Took it back but I guess it was almost closing time. They quickly put it on the lift, sat there for 10 minutes, and drove it out. Literally did not touch it. Now I have to go back a third time and hope they actually try to correct their mistakes this time. What a waste of time. They are within in a mile of numerous other garages, I strongly suggest using one of those.

By far the best mechanic in the area of not New Jersey. No longer in the area, but I will drive 45 mins just to have these guys work on my car if it is not an emergency. Graham is a very straight forward and honest guy. Family will continue to come here as long as we are around the general area.

ASC was great to work with-- a friends car needed repairs to fuel system, and the ASC team was conscientious in diagnosing the problem, clear about what they could do and how much it would cost, and did a great job of repairs. He drove it home the same day, as promised.

Took my 1997 MB E320 with two blown out tires to ASC to have new tires mounted and balanced. They cleaned up the road rash on the wheels and with the four wheel alignment the car felt solid again. Great Job ASC!
