worst place ever to go get something done. the help she rolled her eyes on me and said that she cant take my car to replace 1 tire because its almost closing time which she said its 5 pm and the website says 7 am to 7 pm and i was there exactly at 1 pm.so i go in to talk to the other help at the desk (an older gentlemen) and i ask him the timings and he tells me 9 am to 4 pm and we dont take appointments and he makes me go out side in the parking lot to check my tire sizes again because according to him the picture which i took on my cell phone of the tire imfo. was wrong,and he couldnt look up in his computer from the make and model of my car. such bad people working there i think if you dont like what you do then just quit, but dont give silly reasons to someone for not giving them service p.s. the girl working there she closed the bay door on me and told me to come upfront again at the desk to talk this was in the first 5 mins of conversation. obvioslyi didnt replace my tire there and im never gonna go there even to get anything done i strongly recommend everyone to do the same

I like the ability to shop while I wait but to get work done takes them too long as many have said. Common problem but does not seem to be a priority. I have been their on more then one occasion and the wait is always long. I have been one of the first for tires but several hours later, I wait. I could see as well as heard from the cashier that staff was not in till 10:00 am and they were short. At 10:00 I still waited about another two hours. They just need to manage the schedule effectively based on history and have someones oversight on the floor operations. I seen first hand, cell phone use as I waited and the casual demeanor of the staff. I stood at the big window watching and waiting. Pro: Price

Well had the longest wait and then realized they replaced the wrong pair. So they took another hr to put back my good pairs. Then on my way back my steering was vibrating like crazy at higher speed. So, stopped and checked in a service center and they figured that the tires were inside out. Spent another 40 for balancing. Lesson learned is its worth spending more than to waiting 4 hrs and bad service in walmart. The one that worked on my car was someone call Mark. Just be aware!!

I got turned away for an oil change because it was 5 pm and they choose at 6. I guess the 3 techs hanging out talking around a single car in the 3 bay garage were too busy to do a simple oil change. There were also no cars waiting outside. This is the third issue in this store so Ill just shop elsewhere from now on.

Stopped after work to get oil change and maybe a new battery- help was at dinner 3:30-4:30. 2 people ahead of me and they were closing at 5:30. So sorry not enough time to do my work. Stood in line 20 min. to get this information. WHY does web site say open until 11:59??

Customer satisfaction is horrible at this place. This is what a scumbag car tech wrote on the oil filter while getting the car worked on. If you go to this location DONT HAVE A GUY NAMED ALEX work on your car. You might have this happen to you

Service kind of slow, however - What to expect from people who got paid only $10.65 per hours. Walmart makes BIG PROFIT and it is a time to share the profit with low paid employees.
