Horrible service, crooks. Find another place. I was looking for 4 used tires for my truck. They oy had four that appeared to be decent. I bought them with the plan being to look for two more in other uses tire places nearby. I took the tires and put them in my trunk. They were not mounted on the car. Ten minutes after leaving the store i found 4 decent tires, a set in a store few blocks down. I troed to return the two back and he refused. The tires were never driven on and never mounted and the whole thing took 10 minutes. Found out later that day that the thread depth he told me was wrong and tires were dry rotted. Owner totally rude and refusing any compromise. False advertisement and bad customer service. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Go somewhere else

Horrible service. They did unauthorized work on my car and to top that off rude too. NEVER Again will I use Pj Tire. They called me saying my front rotors and pads needed to be replaced but then they replaced front and rear rotors but no pads without calling to inform me that they we re changing the work order. They did all this after THEIR mechanic said it was my front rotors and pads. To top that off they blew far over my maximum budget even after I spent at least 5 minutes on the phone explaining to Lisa that if it would be more than a certain amount I could not afford the work this week. I am making it a personal mission to post this all over the Internet to try and ensure noone else gets duped by them. P.S. The review by Lisa fyi she is an employee.

Thank you everyone at PJ Tire ! My Jeep needed help.....brakes, rotors, tires, tune up. I knew it was passed due, but didnt realize it had gone this far. Your patience to my crazy questions was outstanding, you took the time to answer and explain in detail everything that was needed, showing me the tires and explaining what was best for my car and the driving that I do - I cant begin to express my gratitude to you all. The car and paperwork were not ready when we got there. Computers were also down and it took an hour to get our car. They wouldnt let my older father use their bathroom while we waited. They were nice enough and the car looks fine but next time well rent from a bigger company in Middletown.
