This place is horrible. I have a strong feeling that out of 6 ladies working only two are licensed. They all are unprofessional. They have never acknowledge me or have noticed them acknowledge other customers. Customers have to raise their voice to get their attention. Then they turn around and "says what do you want" for eye brows they respond15 minute wait but its 45 mins. They dont attend phone calls or return calls back if customers want to make appointments. They dont make customer feel comfortable when they want anything from simple eyebrows to have waxing. They dont listen to customers request, and the attitude is as if we they are doing you a favor. They are rushing to get you out and yesterday they refused to take me in because they said they are close. But the hours are 11-7 and I walked in at 6:30. Just for eye brows. What kind of service is this. My friends dont bother to complaint to the owner either shes one step ahead of them. please report if you guys experience the same.

They were completely rude to my sister and I when we went in today to get our eyebrows done. We went at around 2:00 and there was not a single person to greet us. Eventually one women comes out and says the whole staff is eating lunch and to come back in 15 minutes. Mind you their sign says theyre open 11-7 and says nothing about the entire staff needing to take their lunch break together. Since my sister and I are not difficult people we decided to do some other errands and came back about half an hour later. When we came in they continued to ignore us and finish their meals with not a single person greeting us or letting us know when they would start helping us. We eventually decided to take our money elsewhere and will never come back again. Not only is this poor customer service but it shows that they clearly dont know how to run a business. There are so many other eye brow threading places in east Windsor. I advise everyone to go to any other one but this one.

I was tentative to go to this salon because of the poor reviews it received, however I decided to go anyway to see for myself how it was. The services I received were an eyebrow and upper lip threading and a Brazilian wax. All three of these came to a modest $42! Compared to other locations I visited, this was by far the most affordable, which I enjoyed. While the services were cheap, the quality was anything but. The eyebrow and upper lip threading went quickly and turned out great, and the Brazilian wax was the least painful I have experienced (compared to European Wax Center) and had excellent results. The woman doing the threading and wax was very friendly and polite. Overall a very quick and enjoyable experience and I will definitely be returning here for my future waxing and threading needs!

Terrible - My wife got her facial waxing done. The woman who was doing this caused a red scar on her face. This is because, after applying wax strips she went on phone to talk to her boss. I mean, these people dont have any bit of professionalism. They least regard as to what their customer suffers and are so uncouth. Indian folks go to Indian salon thinking that this will be a good place. I must tell that in all our experiences Indian salons are terrible and the women are untrained. In many cases they make snarky comments of your color and dress. Just out right pathetic. They are waiting for a lawsuit.

Ive been to this salon and I have never dealt with the issues that have been stated. Waiting time can vary depending on when I go however I personally have met the owner and she is a person of her word. They do not over charge customers and provide excellent services. On google it is so simple for someone to hold a tiny grudge and try and say fabricated claims about a business. The staff is hardworking and does a damn good job with eac service they provide. I would reccomend you to look past these reviews and come to the salon to see for yourself :)

Wait times vary from 5 minutes (which is rare) to 20/30 minutes. Tried to go today around 130pm, and the lady told me she was eating lunch and asked if I could come back in 20 minutes. I had another appointment so I said I could not, so she said "sorry bye". They have no sense of customer service, I dont plan on ever coming back here. FYI to the owners...if they want to refuse customers during lunch, they should not be open during lunch.

Ive never been there till today, I asked for a simply waxing of my eyebrows without the string. The lady didnt listen and used the string anyway. I said stop and she didnt do anything. We ended paying more then $5! My eyebrows now look terrible, one eyebrow is shorter then the other one and now wished I hadnt gone inside. They were also very rushed with me and the other customers in there. And not to mention how rude they were.

If i can give them - star i will I simply asked the lady how long it will take for eyebrows she said count your self not everyone is doing eyebrows they cut hair too !! The lady said 10-15 min then ended up being 50 min wait she skipped me for every one when i asked she said appointment!!! Unprofessional place never recommended run away ! And i had one eyebrow shorter than the other! Looked retarded for like 2 weeks !!

Very Unhygienic!! Not sure if they ever clean that place, looks like petri dish. Waxing and Facial rooms are stinking. Gowns are all filthy, not sure last time when did they wash. They use powder from same box and same brush for every one on their eyebrows ...

This is the worst place to get anything done. NEVER EVER GO HERE. The lady (not Raju) was very rude. She messed up the shape of my eyebrows and didnt admit to her mistake. She has no regard for her customers. Definitely never going here again.
