After reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a try since I only live a couple blocks away. I initially left a happy customer because of how my hair looked AFTER it had been styled with a curling iron but as I washed and styled it on my own the next couple days I noticed all the imperfections. My hair cut was done by Katie and I thought she knew what I wanted because her consultation sounded so confident. I told her only take off 1 inch and I left with 5 inches cut off. I should have known better because she didnt check her work as she was cutting my 35 1/2 inch hair into layers, not one time. With layers more experienced stylist will check if both sides look even....she didnt. Then she "blow dried" it with a brush and styled with a curling iron. I could have done this at home myself if I wanted to blow dry it with a brush instead of a round brush to give it more volume which is why I go to salons in the first place. It looked good once she ran her fingers through my hair but Ive had way better results at higher end salons than what she gave me so maybe thats why Im disappointed. In the next couple of days I noticed how uneven my hair is. Ive had layers before so I know how it should look and her way of cutting it looks very blunt and amateur. Thank god I know how to do my own hair to mask the uneven cut or else I would have asked for a refund but honestly I dont trust they would know how to fix my hair so Im biting the bullet and dealing with my bad cut. Finally, there is the issue with the over look of the salon. its small and crowded. Too much going on and does not look professional to me but that should have been my first clue to what kind of experience I was going to pay for. It was way cheaper than my previous high end cuts but I honestly would gladly pay twice the price for my cut had I known it would have turned out this bad. Cant wait to grow this bad cut out in a couple months to get a real good quality cut.

I personally have had Ashley as my stylist for many years now because I trust her and her passion for her craft is very comforting.
