Stay away from the salon unless your looking for someone to fry your hair, then this place is for you. Completely fried my daughters hair within 2 sessions. Worst is when your stylist is telling you stories of all the fd up hair failures she has done. Then you overhear someone saying, why did you put that on her? Didnt that destroy your hair. Hair didnt look anything like what was asked. Manager doesnt know how to get to the point and keeps changing her story when your trying to get to the point of your stylist destroyed my daughters hair. Thats all you need to know. Manager looks sloppy which didnt say much for the salon. I did get my refund which Im very happy for, mom had to fix her daughters hair w a demi permanent color and a quick baby shampoo wash to get the red out. Now shes a brunette to cover the grey, yellow, almost black random colors in her hair. Dont go just because its local. If you do hopefully you dont get the same stylist. Love ulta. Salon, not so much.

On one hand I found the people near the hair product very helpful and even so help me find product to get a free gift. I give two stars because when I went to check out it turned out that one of the items does not receive a free gift even though the sticker under the item clearly says free gift with purchase. I explained to the manager how this can be very confusing and she said that the sticker is there so you know that there is a free item with other bedhead products not with this particular product even though there were no other bedheads products around this item. I found the manager to be very rude she just gave me a very simple well that is how we do things here.

Terrible. The worst salon my mom, sister, and I have EVER been to. Do not go here. My sister simply wanted her hair curled and the girl couldnt even manage to curl hair!!!!!! I had an appointment for an updo and I walked in to the girl telling me she couldnt braid and she could NOT do an updo at all. So disappointed actually went home and re did our hair ourselves. Waste of money and time.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would, the salon killed my hair. I was a golden blonde and had asked them to add some light brown in my hair. They ended up dying the underneath dark brown with red tones, and the top is now white and yellow. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!! Unless you want your hair to fall out.

Went here with my wife and everything is a little bit expensive. Definitely not a place for cheap makeup products. Mostly brand name stuff that is overpriced
