I used Dependable plumbing to replace a sink a few months ago. The first plumber came over and gave me an estimate, which seemed high but not completely unreasonable. The second guy installed it quickly but did a poor job (the vanity was installed on plywood) then demanded more money to install the actual faucet. They also gave me an estimate for replacing a shower head that was hundreds of dollars too much. I cant say it enough - steer clear of Dependable Plumbing!

I barely hung up the phone with the message center before getting a call back from a manager. The technician arrived right on time no more than 2 hours after my first call. The work was done promptly, coureously, and professionally and I am very happy with the service. Also of note, I am female and work from home so I was alone when the technician was here and I felt completely comfortable the entire time.

My hot water heater died. They answered their phone at 7:30 on a Tuesday night and we arranged for a Wednesday morning appointment. James arrived at 9:30am. After assessing my situation, he was were able to pick up a new 40 gallon slim water heater and a pan to fit in the closet. By 12:30pm the new water heater was installed and the old one taken away. James was both friendly and professional.

I scheduled an appointment for 8am. The never showed. They called at 8am and said they would be there in 5 minutes. Then again at 8:20 and said they were around the corner. I called them at 9 and told them i had to go to work and would find a new plumber who could show up on time. Horrible experience. Completely incompetent.

These guys stand behind their name Dependable. Fixed my heating problem in the middle of the night at no extra charge. The total price was $195.00 to get my heat going again. Thanks Again Stepanie G. Hoboken, NJ

They were nice on the phone, came to my apartment at the time they said and did the work quickly. The only complaint I have is with the pricing. The price they charged was a lot for what I needed.

Changing review - Had bathroom faucet repaired. Seems like they did good job initially but its broken in less than 2 months. Asking for ridiculous price to do the same job again.
