BZ Dependable is unethical. We called them for a clogged toilet in our downstairs bathroom. They came out quickly and then spent 3 hours snaking the drain! BZ Dependable charged us over $500 for the work done. A bit expensive but we were desperate. When the plumber left he told us that he had fixed the problem and that they offered a 2 month warranty. He also said that if the problem came back again, they would run a camera in the pipes to determine the cause. The toilet clogged the FIRST TIME it was used. We immediately called BZ Dependable again. After all, they offered a warranty, right? BZ Dependable would not honor their warranty because they had already fixed the problem once!?! Apparently they have a very different definition of the word warranty. They offered to come out again and run the camera through the line to determine the source of the clog. Oh and by the way, running the camera involved a $500+ charge for removing the toilet and snaking the drain PLUS another $500 for the camera. So, if BZ Dependable came out again, it would cost me well over $1,000! And, no guarantee that they would solve the problem. We called another plumber who snaked the line in less than 1 hour for a fraction of the cost. And we’ve had no problems since. Bottom Line: depend on BZ Dependable for shoddy work, depend on BZ Dependable to be overpriced, depend on BZ Dependable to be dishonest.

We had BZ replace our 1945 oil steam boiler with a natural gas boiler. I am a project manager for a commercial architecture firm and have a degree in architectural engineering with over 15yrs of experience in the construction industry. I hunted for two years for a contractor that I felt could live up to my expectations and achieve the outcome I was looking for. By all accounts BZ fit the bill, from price to craftsmanship. BZ has developed relationships with all the trades I required to complete the job making them a one stop shop as they were able to act as gc for replacing the chimney liner, removal of the oil tank and the new boiler installation. Bryan, the owner and his staff were truly a pleasure to deal with and fantastic with my kids, wife and dog. Thank you guys and may you have a great 2016 and if I break anything in the future you can be sure I will be calling.

We just bought our first home and needed the main sewer and water lines replaced along with servicing of the boiler and radiators. BZ Dependable took the time to figure out the best, most economical way to get the jobs done right. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explain exactly what they are going to do so there are no surprises. They also stand behind their work, promptly returning to fix any problems weve had with the radiators at no additional cost. We look forward to having a long term relationship with BZ Dependable.

BZ installed a sink in our office. I cant even begin to tell you how happy we were with his work. He came in, installed the sink and all required plumbing, cleaned up and this was all done in a matter of hours. I plan on calling BZ Dependable for any future work we may need, whether in the office or home. Bryans staff, both in-office and over the phone were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

EXCELLENT RESOURCE. For reliable and quality service, dont take a chance with any other plumbers. BZ Dependable is knowledgeable and has repaired work that other plumbers did wrong. Their scheduling is outstanding and they showed up when they say they would. They are clean and neat and their prices are fair. Hiring the wrong plumber can be a huge costly mistake. BZ Dependable is highly recommended.

We just used BZ for a partial bathroom renovation & we couldnt have been happier with them. Theyre professional, knowledgable & courteous. Im a perfectionist with small details and they were meticulous with everything they did. (they even where shoe covers over there shoes!) Excellent work guys! We are thrilled with the results! Brian provided a reasonable estimate which he detailed fully in writing. His team replaced a natural gas water heater and steam boiler today. The workmen were efficient and the installation went smoothly. They took care to cover the floors and nearby furnishings in plastic, and cardboard, and carefully cleaned up before leaving.

Ive used this plumber for years...Ive recommended him to anyone who needs a plumber! Hes put in my new water heater, my sump pump and much more...they were reliable, fast and courteous...they clean up after themselves too... They really know their stuff! I whole heartedly recommend BZ Dependable Plumbing...

BZ Dependable Plumbing actually saved me money. When I called and told them my problem I was given an easy home remedy to fix the problem myself. They could have made the service call and charged me for it, but they didnt. I would call that trustworthy. I will definitely contact them again in the future!
