We had a 50 year old, cast iron pipe spring a leak under our kitchen. The only way to access it, without having to rip out, and then replace, all the kitchen cabinets, as well as the floor above it, was through a very cramped crawl space that goes under the entire kitchen. The crawl space is only about 3 feet high, and the pipe is located around 20 feet from the crawl spaces only opening. Our regular plumber wouldnt even try to do the job, because as he said, he is "just too old to be able to maneuver in such cramped conditions anymore". We called Water Works and they sent someone out the same day. The plumber they sent out wasnt even sure they could access the broken pipe, because of its location. He called in a supervisor, to determine if they could accomplish the repair from the crawlspace. Shawn, the supervisor who did the repair, was wonderful! He explained exactly what the job would entail, and promised he would "do the job correctly the first time, because he never wanted to have to come back and re-do it under these conditions again!" Shawn was better than his word, he worked the whole day, in incredibly cramped conditions, to replace the broken section of pipe. I dont know how he managed to do such a good job under the circumstances, but he did a great job! His professionalism, both with the job and with us, couldnt have been better. He kept us informed as to what he was doing every step of the way. His willingness to work under such adverse conditions, saved us an extensive amount of time, inconvenience and money. We didnt think that kind of work ethic even existed any more. Thanks, Shawn, we truly appreciate everything you did for us! Water Works will definitely be our "go to" for all our future plumbing needs. Their performance was way beyond our expectations, and when was the last time you heard that, in todays "good enough" world?

I have used Water Works Plumbing for more than a decade, basically because its very easy to get an appointment & they work 7 days a week. However, I do not like nor trust the way the plumber has to "go to the truck and see how much it is going to cost." Dan from Water Works replaced a kitchen faucet and hot water valve yesterday, and although he could show me items in a book, couldnt give me an exact price up front before he went to his truck for a long time to call someone. The owner of the company? I dont know. Dan was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up after he completed the work, which is a positive for me. Water Works is very expensive. I know that I probably could call a cheaper company, but the extensive work done in my home has usually turned out fine. Please have the owner reconsider this policy of having plumber leave the premises to get a price quote. I mentioned to Dan that it seemed to me as if they might want to take advantage of a woman when it comes to pricing. Ive mentioned this before to other employees of Water Works. This is why I gave only 3 stars. When Dan asked why I used Bloomfield Cooling & Heating to replace my furnace and AC system, I informed him that I took estimates from 3 plumbing companies and PSE&G. Water Works estimate was $3,000 higher than the company I chose. So, check around if you need extensive work done in your home.

A few nights ago, I had the displeasure of coming home and discovering that there was a leak coming from the ceiling of my basement and a rather large puddle had already formed. I called WATERWORKS..... Within an hour a gentlemen showed up. His name was Mike, and the first thing that popped into my head, when i saw him, was... "Gee he is young, and I wonder if he is going to know what to do?" The answer to that question came within 5 minutes. He found a leak in the pipe.....and then he explained in detail what had happened to that pipe, and what exactly he was going to do. ... within 30 minutes he had replaced the pipe and..... AND cleaned up everything after. He was great. Not only did he know his job, but he was friendly, approachable, and any question I asked, was answered immediately. He is one of the reasons I have a contract with WaterWorks.

We had a boiler that needed replacing. We wanted to replace it and revamp our system with a new system that would not need a boiler and furnace. Water Works set up a new water heater combo unit, which free up space in our furnace room and they can make minor adjustments to it as needed. It was all hands off for us - they sent Dan, an HVAC expert (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) on their team to us and he walked us through how everything works and really gave us a white glove experience. We didnt have to lift a finger and are very happy with the results of this new water heating system in our house. Ill upload a photo so you can see the results. A+

I had an Aprilaire Humidifier installed by Rob and Mark and they did an amazing job. They are very thorough and identified a water pressure issue due to a bad pressure regulator. They replaced the regulator and added an expansion tank for my water heater to combat pressure issue. Now my water pressure is great everywhere in the house especially on the 2nd floor. Before the work, I didnt get much pressure on the 2nd floor. So I like my shower for the first time since moving into this house. The Aprilaire install was perfect, nice and neat. Great work Rob and Mark. I will be using water works for all my plumbing needs now :)...

Had them out to replace a heating circulator pump and bleed three zones when finished. The circulator pump sells for about $100.00 retail. They charged $800.00 for the job that took under 2 hours. Not to mention the fact that they didnt even close one of the heating zone valves when finished so the heat continued to run constantly until they came back to fix it the next day. Job should have cost about $300.00. DO NOT hire this company unless you want to get ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to see what they could do for clog, and they had a tech here within a few hours. There was no minimum charge, the tech quoted a price, I agreed to it, and he fixed the problem right away. The tech was clean, courteous, and someone I was comfortable having in our home. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. The customer service person on the phone was great, and communicated each step of the way. They just won my repeat business.

What thieves, quoted me 2000 to replace a water tank. Said leaking valved could not be fixed. There man Sean said tank only lasts 7 years and mine was 8. Told me it was a cheap tank to begin with. They must have forgot they were the ones who installed it 7 years ago. Next day got another opinion from another plumber. Change valve in 15 minutes and charged me $100.00. DO NOT USE WATER WORKS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!
