Anthony at Downtown P&H has visited my apartment/building multiple times and hes been an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. He clearly communicates when hell stop by and is devoted to coming out even late at night if necessary. He clearly cares about his job and the work he does. Hes also happy to share his knowledge with you if youre interested. Quality work, quality people – Id recommend Downtown to anyone.

Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that werent even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.

Plumber from hell. Work not done right and egregiously overcharged. Strung me along all day too and wasted a lot of my time. Had to hire someone else to subsequently fix the venting of the hot water heaters and meanwhile the gas remained shut off by National Grid an extra day.
