I was unlucky enough to purchase the condensate pump ( $70) from this store. From the first moment of use the pump started making loud crackling sounds each time it was going on. NEXT MORNING i came to the store with the pump and a purchase invoice but they refused to return the money or exchange the defected item. In very rude and offensive way they started accusing me in "wrong installation" (connecting to the electric outlet) and offering, as the solution, to purchase another the same pump. After 30 minutes of angry arguing they exchange it for the same pump which (what i find out when i came home) is making the same crackling sounds each time it is going on. So I am recommending to all my friends to stay away from this place.

This place is run by crooks. Never come here again. Honestly they should get closed down. They pray on customers. My mom came and bought two pipes. I had to come exchange them because they werent the right fit. First, the manager gave me crap about the receipt which they never provided in the first place. Second, the employee at the counter tried to scam more money out of me claiming the almost exact same pipes cost more. Third, he gave me used ones! This is outrageous. I hope this review was worth the two pipes worth $5 each. Disgusting! Go back to the Soviet Union. Hard to do since it doesnt exist anymore.

Rude! After having to switch to Russian because the salesperson did not speak English I was first hung up on. Upon calling back, as I was instructed by my plumber to get the parts from this store, I was told by the salesperson that he "hates when women call and ask for a price over the phone because would I call Bloomingdales to ask a price of a sweater?" Given that I was calling for a quote/stock check for a specific model of a water heater that I needed to pick up that day the comment was highly strange. Congratulations on being an obnoxious misogynistic pig and losing a customer.

Horrible Horrible communication skills. Almost seems like the office staff is stressed and dealing with the issues of a poorly managed company. What a shame.. Bad Managers make bad employees which is the foundation of a bad work space..
