We recently moved to Ocean Grove and needed a plumber recommendation. Our neighbor suggested Mark Gannon. The plumber was spot on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. It was obvious that I was NOT knowledgeable and he could have certainly milked the job for more time and I would have been none the wiser. Nope - he fixed it right away, gave me to advice how to prevent in the future and he was on his way. All I paid was for a service call. Very reliable - I would call them again.

Gave me a window time of 1130-12. 1:00 comes around and they still arent here. When I call to figure out when the guy was expected to arrive, the receptionist was rude and aggressive and said to me, well if the cable guy says between 12-4 then it wouldnt be a problem. Of course that wouldnt be a problem because you have me an accurate window of time. Unacceptable to be rude to your customer when you as a company are unable to sit by the time frame you gave.

Mark Gannon Plumbing has done an excellent job on replacing my water heater, upgrading my Air Conditioning, and fixing pipes that had burst over the winter. They are available quickly in an emergency of which I have many. Both their service agents and office staff are always professional, polite, friendly and skillfully efficient.

We live in Ocean Grove, and have an older home. When it was time for central ac, we received several estimates. Mark Gannon had a fair price, but more importantly he know OG homes better than anyone! We are upgrading our heat this fall with Mark as well.
