Jamie Zielinski (Owner) did heating work for my mother while I was out of town. When I returned home I went to check on the work Jaime had done. First, he failed to provide an invoice for the job and receipts for the equipment he purchased. This included a thermostat and a valve for a radiator. Jaime also burned a noticably large hole in the carpet which was approximately 5 feet from the area where he was working. This shows complete lack of respect for property and also a lack of common sense. When I contacted Jaime Zielinski via phone with my issues and concerns, he immediately became irrate and even threatened me with physical harm. This was totally uncalled for and tells me that this probably happens quite regularly in the life of Jamie Zeilinski. It shows just how much he truly cares for the reputation of his business and also the needs of his customers. It also shows immaturity and insecurity on a personal and "professional" level for Jaime Zeilinski. All in all, do not let Jamie Zielinskis website fool you. His third generation family owned business is anything but professional.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, pompous and immature. These are only a few terms to describe Jamie Zielinski (Owner) and his business practices. Please see the previous negative reviews for an accurate depiction thereof. He will lack respect of your intelligence and for your property and attempt intimidation when confronted. Also, after further research and unknowingly to him, Jamie Zielinskis behavior has been and is still being documented by proper authorities due to the amount of credible complaints against him.There are plenty of excellent and professional plumbing, heating, and excavating companies in the area that do outstanding work and care about their reputation and service.This is not one of them. Do not make the mistake of hiring this guy.

i have been servicing the capitol district for over 26 years now and one thing that i have learned is you cant satisfy every customer but you sure can try! As far as the two people that have left negative reviews for which there are always two sides to every story.. review number #2 forgot to mention the radiator leeked so long it had rotted the flooring underneath and the rug had mold mildew stains both his mom and i ripped it up and out of my way of fixing it review number #3 forgot to mention the extreme filth of feces and that i spent over two hours to clear and unclog the line replaced guts and wax/water supply line. i have thousands of satisfied customers and go above beyond for each every one of them,thank you!! Ive been using Upstate Plumbing for the past 14 years. I have a rental property/home and this company has been vital to me for all my plumbing/heating needs, The owner, Jamie Zielinski, is an expert at solving any plumbing or heating issues. Several times Ive called in the middle of the night and he has responded quickly and solved my issues efficiently. He always has the customers expense in mind and will create the best possibly option. I will continue using this company for all my heating and plumbing needs and highly recommend this company to all.

Very expensive. 345.00 to come to the house and snake the toilet from a blockage (It still empties slowly) and was told if it didnt work, 50% discount on a new toilet). It was 165.00 just to show up, plus 45.00 labor, plus 75.00 to snake it plus a part that cost 35.00 plus tax of 25.00

These guys did a GREAT JOB! I was in need of an immediate plumber, and Upstate Plumbing Heating & Excavation was at my door within 24 hours solving my water pump issues. I 100% recommend to everyone I know, and I will 100% use again! THANKS GUYS!
