Accu-Rooter was awesome! The dispatcher worked around our schedule and didnt mind rescheduling AFTER hours - at no additional cost. Our plumber, Sean, was knowledgeable, personable and professional throughout the visit. Despite the late hour, he had a sunny demeanor and tackled our temperamental toilet head on! Not only did he fix the problem, he offered advice on how to prevent additional issues. Thankful we found you guys - and will definitely be spreading the word!! ;)

My mom hired them to snake a drain and Stan came, I wished we had read the prior review before making this decision, he was very SLOPPY and got nasty with mom when she complained. I will report them to the BBB and will never recommend this company to anyone in Bergen County! I am also going to ask them to pay for the cleanup.

HORRIBLE service from Stan, he over charged us and would not clean up his mess, it seemed like he was rushing to go to the next job. I will never use this new company again, they need better workers!
