James and Greg came over today to diagnose a leak that is in my apt. They were thorough and explained each step of their discoveries. Unfortunately, the leak seems to originate in the unit above me, so they couldnt complete the job, and need to depend on my upstairs neighbors availability. They seem to know what they are doing, so hopefully, my leak will stop.

Superb service. Taite, was the technician and he showed up on time, was friendly and pleasant. When the repair turned put to be a lot more and required more people and parts he also gave me an estimate on the length of time it would take. When they were done, they cleaned up and left the bathroom cleaner than before. Thank you guys.

RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED! Wanted over $500 just to come out and look at the boiler system. NOT EVEN ANY WORK TO BE DONE. RIP OFF, LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF A REAL BAD PLUMBER.
