Called ahead to see if someone could look at my car and was told, "Yes". Limped my car all the way there. Got there, and was then told by someone else that my car couldnt be looked at until later in the week. The mechanic who was supposed to show up just didnt. The person I had spoke to on the phone had magically disappeared. How can you trust a place if they dont get the first impression right? Probably never going back.

I always take my 2005 Toyota truck to Julio- hes reasonable with prices, always available to talk and explain things, and most recently, didnt charge me while we were troubleshooting some issues with my radiator leaking fluid. Tony the repair guy is great, and knows his stuff.

I had a great experience. I had a deep scratch on my passenger mirror- it was metallic paint and the mirror had to be painted. It was very reasonable, and was completed by the end of the day. I was really impressed with the quality, as well as the cost!
