They had my car for 10 days! When I finally got it back, (almost 4k later) they had not connected the horn or performed any diagnostics on the engine. They did not seat the ac fan correctly which caused a massive engine overheat. I had to have my car towed back to the shop from the Belt Parkway. They fixed the fan and radiator, but the overheat blew a knock sensor in the engine which they refused to repair despite the fact THEY CAUSED THIS! Whats worse is they cleared out the codes for the check engine light and sent me on my way to cover up their incompetence. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, lazy and totally, almost frighteningly, incompetent when it comes to mechanical repairs. Theyre also WAY over-priced, but that doesnt matter to me as much as the quality of their mechanical work, which sucks! They DO NOT stand behind their work. For the safety of yourself and your family DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it if you do.

This shop been recommended to me by Geico! Minor damage - front door and a mirror. Have been promised to get it on Monday. They called me on Tuesday (representative said that the car was actually ready on Monday, but they forgot to call me). I came to pick it up and guess what?! The color of the door was not the same as the rest of the car!!!! Left if there to get repainted, with the assurance to get it back very next day... Here I am, still waiting on repairs to be REDONE, and paying for taxi to get around. Would not recommend to anyone to get their vehicles to get repaired at this place! They are the worst!!!!!! Stay away!!! Save yourself time and nerves!!!!

This place does good work on the recommendation from Geico, it is one of their approved auto repair shops. Keith is a great guy to deal with and very pleasant. There were some mishaps with my car after I picked it up and he got it fixed/resolved, no questions and no excuses. That made an impression on me. People make mistakes and/or miss things here and there and it is perfectly normal, but making things right without hesitation and not putting blame on anything was what did it for me. If Keith isnt the manager there, he should be because he certainly run it like he is. Great job all around. Highly recommended.

Recommended by Gieco. Excellent service. Paint was all matching. Replaced my broken plastic hub cap as well. They even vacuumed and washed my car before I left. Also, when I asked for extra help with my wiper sprays because they were clogged, they fixed them on the spot without question or charge. Everything looks like excellent, quality work. Very thankful.
