Jay P and Jake You guys are out of your peanut sized minds.... Your going to compare the quotes at Ziggys to one that cost you $500.00 your insane, and let me guess, you want that done right the first time, not! and that the customers pay their over head? You both must of gotten your cars fixed at Rendies....and it looks still like crap! but you saved money, cause although rendies or anybody elses shop will never look like Ziggys shop, you will never get the same level of service. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PERSONALLY PAY FOR! you pay very little you get very little, I dont like paying someone $500.00 and then feel my car looks worse than the damage that it went in with...and have to keep going back for repainting, because the paint clouds up, or the color doesnt match, or drips, or pinholes or overspray, or have it taken back because the sheet metal has waves or that the shop uses some noname brand of bondo that looks like it was splattered with poop... Ive taken my 2007 Infiniti M and my Girls 2010 Acura TSX there for body work and yes they are expensive but its a job that no other Body SHOP in Jersey City can do or come close to, not Sernios, Continental not Cabalas, not Highway Auto body, and definitely not Rendies nor Dubows... Ziggys will take your car and repair it the way it should be, professionally , SHOWROOM NEW!!!... My Girls Acura had parts removed and properly completely painted, parts replaced from factory not from some junk yard or no ebay special, no short cuts, like by leaving it on the car and just taping it off or getting the parts from the junk yard and modified to fit.... You save with these other guys for there short cut jobs, if Ziggy quoted you $1400.00 then guess what? its worth the time, money and effort to do that job right the first time, and even then he honestly quoted that much, the job was probably worth more.. he chargeed you less than he should of, and Ziggys does it that way all the time, plus the extra stuff he fixes and doesnt charge you and im not talking minor scratches Im talking major stuff.... My Infiniti same deal, their customer service and staff are top notch.... You cant take a 78 pinto to Ziggys for a paint job, Ziggys VERY HONEST with his customers he wont do it because of they way his staff is, would anyone take a 78 pinto in for a paint job that cost 1400.00 no cause the paint job cost more than your car... but if you want it painted by Ziggy for that much youd better expect your car to look SHOWRROM NEW, if not then take the Pinto to Rendies and have them slap on paint for $100.00 since your the smart shopper....duh but youll be going back for retouches and stuff and expect a Ziggy Quality job... keep dreaming... Ziggys is by far hands down THE BEST PERIOD. You get what you pay for, a 5 star job done once, and then some....

I recently had some body work performed here, and felt compelled to write a review to commend them for such a tremendous job. When I first brought my 2010 Nissan Maxima in for an estimate via Ziggys "Progressive" Adjuster, the gentleman who I dealt with, Matthew McFarland, was so unmistakably pleasant that the "good vibes" were striking. He spoke glowingly of Ziggys and the way they treat their customers and said that, "...it doesnt affect me at all where you decide to take your car to be fixed. But, I highly-recommend getting it done here (at Ziggys)." To speak so highly of your employer when you have nothing at stake (financially; commission-wise, or other) was shocking to me. After bringing it in for work on the front bumper and headlight, and dealing with the super-friendly, Ralph, I knew right away in my gut that Id made the right decision. Ralph was honest, sincere, and thorough. He provided me the reassurances that I needed that Matthews statements were accurate, and despite my natural skepticism, I never once felt misled. Ziggys would complete the job 2-Full Business Days in advance of the time quoted, and had my sparkling (and washed) Maxima ready to go. Never, in 15 years of driving, have I seen an auto-body shop EXCEED EXPECTATIONS. When this happens, a company deserves all the credit in the world. I too, highly recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy, friendly, and reliable work done on their vehicle.

Little things can go a long way! Went in for an estimate - Front body alignment and was blown away with his recommendation. Went to two auto body shop within the same vicinity and was quoted for two different propose work. Body shop 1 offer to repaint and align front bumper for xxx amount. Did not mention that I run the risk of paint not matching the hood and front fender. Ziggy offer to realign the bumper and touch up the paint for 3 x less than body shop 1. He insist that the front bumper which was barely scratch would require paint for the entire whole front end for a perfect match. Made sense - Hard to replicate paint that has been altered through normal wear and tear. Agreed to what he propose and came back to pick up the car after a few hours. Amazing work for such a short period of time. The hardly noticeable scratch was a little bit more difficult to see with the naked eye but the front bumper alignment was perfect. Highly recommended for quality work at a reasonable price. I even got a can of touch up paint!

I went to the body shop after calling them to change my appointment. I get there, there is russian lady who doesnt seem to know what is she doing and speaking russian with other coworkers ( previously she told me I can change my appointment)She sends me to talk with another guy in another office called Jay or something like that. He is the rudest person on earth, I explained i am going on a trip and i cannot wait until next week to bring my car. He literally doesnt even look at me and ignore me telling me i have to talk with Geico. ( like i am bothering him). Damn! I thought these people were into making money no into rejecting work!!! I ended up talking with Geico and they sent me to JPS body shop in Newark. Very nice people, very nice professionally treated. I will recommend this place 1 million times better. Plus the office is very nice and clean and they have a bathroom that is extremely nice and clean. They also have the rental person at the same office and you dont need to deal with rude people.

based on previous reviews, I decided to go here but my experience was horrible. Work done - replaced rear bumper, repaired front bumper and replaced left headlamp. After picking up my car back, gradually I found many issues with the work that was done by Ziggy. (1) outside temperature sensor was not working, which was in working condition when I gave my car to them (2) left indicator and left headlight was not working, there was a crack on the headlight so it had to be replaced but still it was fully functional when I gave my car to them (3) Rear & Front bumpers were not closing well on the lines, they were way too off and looked ugly I had to get all these items fixed somewhere else. After fixing headlight it stopped working again after 2 months and I found out there was a bad fuse that was not getting power to the headlight. Ziggy used cheap parts. Going to Ziggy added nothing but more work, time and money for me. Very sloppy work, no quality checks at all. if possible just avoid this place
