If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. NEVER, EVER go here! I was involved in an accident with someone who had Geico insurance, so I took my car to a Geico approved repair facility, M3 Collision Center. Upon picking my car up, I questioned the poor fit of the bumper & was told that all bumpers fit that way, that I just didnt remember what my other bumper looked like. I called the Geico rep. to complain & was told I had to take it back to M3. Once again, M3 told me it was fine. Then I found out the bumper was aftermarket, so I insisted on OEM. The Geico rep. said that I had to take it back to M3 again. I thought the fact that it was aftermarket must be the problem. Unfortunately, after M3 installed the OEM bumper, it still did not fit correctly. So, I took my car elsewhere. As it turns out, the reason the bumper fit so poorly is that M3 broke something when installing the aftermarket bumper & never fixed it the first time or the second time when installing the OEM bumper. Idiots!

After less then a month of purchasing a brand new subaru I was hit in the front passenger side of my car. The damage was minimal, all considering. Front passenger fender, wheel and bumper where all damaged as well as the two tie rods to that wheel. I only heard of this place after geico mentioned them on the list of repair shops around the area. I was lucky enough to just pick m3 out of the lineup. They were so professional and courteous, everyone from the women at the front desk all the way up to the manager. They answered my phone calls and walked me through the entire process. Never left me in the dark about anything or tried to shake off any of my questions. They even got my car to me eariler then initially quoted! I just picked up my car yesterday and was very pleased with the work. They are awesome people who do great work and I would recommend them for any car work.

I will never go back there. Very bad customer service. Even worse communication with the insurance company. Lady at the front desk was rude. She stated to me“ We’re the ones fixing your car you’re on our schedule” how can you say that to a customer? If you have geico insurance their “partner" then the red carpet is laid out for you. If you have any other insurance company Good Luck. You are treated as a 2nd class citizen. They were “backed up" for all of July and August understandable but thats not my fault as the customer. They had my car for 4 weekends! August 3th-28th. My car is used for driving Uber/Lyft so I lost a huge amount of money for the summer. Progressive insurance which also sucks, stopped paying my rental August 21st. I had to pay out of pocket over $200. Which the Shop will not cover.

If you are with Geico insurance and you go here, they will estimate repairs at a low repair cost so you have to get it done at their shop, but the repairs are not high quality. They left my driver side door unrepaired which was damaged, but because there were scratches that they think was not part of the accident, they would only pay/fix the area that they think was due to that accident. Basically, they would paint half of the car door. What is a comprehensive insurance for?? But if the car was brand spanking new, they would paint the whole door. Maybe I should have had them paint half of the door so everyone could see how stupid it would look! anyway, never getting any repairs here. dropping GEICO soon as well. Thats how their business works. ripoff!

So there are bad business, good business and outstanding business and M3 is by far one of the businesses we have interacted with. I had to have minor body work done through and insurance claim and the process here was seamless. My Geico agent, rental and body work all in one spot. The rental (enterprise) was equivilent to the car i brought in and not less, the body work was perfect, the job was completed before schedule, everyone was SO friendly and communicated every step of the way, and heres the icing on the cake...they vaccumed my car. They returned my vehicle in better shape than it came in, inside and out! GREAT establishment! The pride in this place is gleaming! Thanks M3, Im telling the world about you!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! When I first brought my car to M3, I saw accolades posted on the wall. A passing nicety then, but today, I understand and agree! Today, I picked up my car, completely repaired; cleaner than it has been since I purchased it; the ENTIRE M3 staff was exemplary throughout the entire process. Walked right inside, spoke to a man named Keith about my auto collision repair, he came right outside and inspected the rear end of my BMW, walked me through everything that they would need to do in order to fix, knew everything and anything about the after marketed pieces, wrote me down for an appointment and took my information!!!
