I would put no star if I could put less I would. These people did a horrible job trying to fix our car with no authorization. No contract or verbal contract. I was in a car accident and my car was towed there. I did not request for it to be towed there the towing company brought it there. They went on vacation for a week so they told me and my wife. They were fixing my truck and dodging us during that crucial week. They admitted they were wrong and they said that the receptionist was on the phone with the wrong person and the wrong file. That was a bunch of BS so as to get the insurance money as the bill was Nearing $13,000. Not only that they were using aftermarket parts on our car. They used the wrong color paint and you could see where they stopped like they did it in the dark. There was Primer on my windshield they taped off the headlights didnt even remove them when they painted it. I could go on and on I have pictures and I have the whole conversation recorded. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life this really was very stressful and added to my depression the accident was bad enough. It was not my fault the other driver was ticketed and I have surgery in a few days because of this . And these people tried to take advantage of us. My wife has call recorder and it is documented trying to get our vehicle back to no avail. To further go into detail they began and had 90% of the work done before there was even liability established. They just took ownership of our vehicle and started working on it and they were going to put us back in an unsafe vehicle with aftermarket parts.

My classic car was towed here after a break down, after a call to pickup, I offered to pay immediately over the phone with a credit card, they would not allow it. They accept CASH only (what kind of reputable company only takes cash?). It was 10 minutes until closing time, and I could not make it to their facility before closing time (5pm), so I had to pay cash for the tow $150.00, and storage fee for two days, at $65.00 per day. Person on the phone was very rude, and was not willing to help me out, so I ended up paying cash for two days of storage. Would never take my car here, no matter what the reason was .....

Took 2 hours out of my day to drive over and get an estimate on having my classic car painted. Todd is the one who helped me and said he would email me the estimate the next day. 3 days later he emailed me saying he would do it over the weekend. 3 weeks later I still havent heard from Todd. I called and left messages for Todd and his dad the owner Frank. No one has returned my calls. This is how they do business? What a waste of time! I should charge them 2 hours of their hourly rate for wasting my time. This place is a joke and theyre rude. Do yourself the favor and stay away!

I let my friend borrow my car and he returned without a bumper. Needless to say I was pretty upset but after dealing with Frank & Sons they made the experience quite enjoyable. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I went to 2 other places and they were both going to charge more and take more time to do it...so I went to Franks and Im glad I did. It also feels good supporting a local family business. I felt more like a friend than a customer and they did a great job on my car...what more could you ask for?

Frank & Sons are the best! We had an accident with our motor home and Todd and crew did a phenomenal job repairing it quickly! Since we were from out-of-state Todd sent me emails with places to see, places to eat and even gave a local fellow RVer our information so we could hook up with him. I cant say enough about this business! And our motor home looks great! Thank you Frank & Sons for everything!

I have had two repair jobs completed at Frank & Sons. In both cases the jobs were very well done. I also found these people to be honest and willing to take extra steps to ensure I left a happy customer. The body work and finishing were high quality with the vehicle left "detailed " looking inside and out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ive known the staff at Frank & Sons Body Works for many years, and I have been taking my two vehicles there for repairs just as long. I am always surprised and impressed with the quality of work that they do, and my vehicle is always ready on time and in perfect condition. Ill never take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs!

Absolutely top notch service... they ihave done all of our autobody repairs and have always exceeded our expectations. Worst auto body experience ever. I have had to go back 5 times for various issues relating to the work they have performed. The quarter panel they fixed came loose from the bumper, I had several dimples and blisters in the paint and the pin striping they did had bubbles under it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
