My vehicle was recently hit in an accident which caused exterior and internal damages. From the moment I arrived to start the claims process to actually picking up of my vehicle, the service and professionalism was outstanding. Joe handled everything including identifying additional items that the insurance company did not originally identify and had them rapidly approve it. I felt he really was looking out for my best interest in my absence. He kept me in the loop step by step throughout the process and exceeded my expectations.
