I hate this post office! It sucks how all my packages go through here so when they dont get delivered to my home I have to deal with these lazy, rude and stupid people. Ive dealt with missing packages (who knows where the hell they went), packages that Ive missed because whoever is out delivering obviously doesnt know how to ring a door bell. Today they wasted my time and Im so fed up with them. I ordered a book online that I need for school and it came in on a Saturday which I understand why it wasnt delivered because a blizzard just hit us so I understood that packages werent being delivered. I waited until today which is a Tuesday and saw on the tracking that I could just pick it up. Gave them a call to make sure it was there, the woman on the phone was rude and gave me an attitude and told me I could pick it up as long as I had my ID. Since I really needed this book for school I had no choice but to walk down there in this 3ft of snow and I live pretty far from this post office. Once I got there I told the lady I was picking up a package she just looked at me as if I was stupid. She took my ID went to look for it for 2 minutes and said it wasnt there. The tracking number said it was there for pick up I called to confirm it was there and she goes and tells me its out for delivery and not to believe the tracker like wtf! I went back home nothing was ever delivered. They wasted my time! This place needs to close down or their whole staff needs to be fired! This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Since I stay in this area...I have to regularly visit this post office. The attitude of one of the teller employee is very rude....first of all she would not help...and if I ask her to scan my package and give a receipt of the same she would rudely let down my request and say that she wold it scan it later...too bad...happened several times. Another incident where I lost 3 packages on a same day...a couple of weeks back ...all of them had delivery confirmation on them...tracking says that they have been delivered to my address...whereas I never received them...when contacted the supervisor...she said she is sure that the mail woman had delivered it to the right place since she is a very honest person(???). And instead of getting in to the details she asked me to contact the sellers for the refund...And its a common sense that if the tracking numbers says delivered then no seller would refund my money as they themselves cannot claim from USPS of the lost packages due to delivered status showing on their system... I wish I could just ignore this post office...

I want to give it 5 negative stars but lowest option available is one star. No one answers my call. Always one person at the window to help customers. I go to drop off pre paid packages every day or every other day. Average wait is 20-25 minutes to get to the window because only one person handling everything. Maximum i have waited in line is 30 minutes and finally gave up and Left without dropping off my packages as i need all items to be scanned. I would expect a separate Window for pre paid drop offs. Tried having my packages picked up from My house but someone only came to pick up 1 time out of 5 times I requested pick up. It is like USPS is doing this on purpose because they know that people need the service so they will use it no matter how long the wait is and no matter how bad the service is. They are still making ton of money. If I had other options i would never pick USPS for my shipping needs.

The post office from HELL!!!!! if I can give it a 0 star I would, but had to give it one just to write this........for over three weeks I did not get any mail....called this post office because this is our area, they said Oh your mail box is broken!!! really??? I look in the box everyday no mail....finally I call to be told I had to COME and GET my own mail. When was someone from the Management office where I live or the PO going to tell us... HARRISON AVE PO is the WORST!!! Please change our location to the Washington St, this way I know my mail will be delivered....then you have wait online for more than 20 min.....because there is only one clerk and the rest are in the back talking, you would think! the manager would see a line 12 people long and bring in the others to get it down....but nooooo they continue and everybody online is saying the same thing, they need to change the staff!!! IJS.

Its about 3 pm 30 mm on the line to get my passport done till get to my turn I was refused to be served because she said we are done taking passport at 3 I asked to talk to the manager I waited patiently an other 15 mm had to ask again than she came through the window I had to explain to her there is no signs saying that the passport application cant be taken after 3 she keep saying sir you cant do it we finished at 3 I pointed at my watch its 3:05 she said I dont care the lady supposed to come and tell you I had explained to her that I left my job and I paid for parking and I waited 30 minutes in the line she totally ignored me and refused to give her name so I can take it to a higher level she disrespected me knowing that I am arab Muslim. I am going to complain to higher level hopefully they will fix that and at least put some signes so ppl dont stay and wait on the line for nothing. Mohamed man

These guys are absolute amateurs. The staff is unfriendly and lazy and completely incompetent. They randomly decide when they want to deliver a package or not. Do not rely on them for anything. What a worthless waste of human life. They decided not to deliver my package even though it was "out for delivery" so I called in. I asked if I could pick up my package and the rude woman on the phone said "its on a truck, were gonna be closed by the time the truck gets back here." I asked why the package was not delivered and she said "go online and reschedule a delivery," and completely ignored my question. I re-asked my question, "why wasnt the package delivered? We get packages every day from the post office, whats different about this one? If I reschedule a delivery will it actually come?" She said "I dont know." And that was the extent of my interaction with this miserable post office.

Come here if youd like to waste your life away standing in line waiting for inept individuals to figure out a job they do on a daily basis. They spend their time chatting with one another, figuring out systems, and "looking" for things. And, are you ready for the real kick in the groin?, they only have 1-2 people working at a time, especially during busy hours. Clearly whoever runs this location is being nominated for operations manager of the year, possibly decade. This kind of efficient management cant be going unseen. 15 minutes to scan in a package drop off? Excellent! Come join me on this never ending wait. Bright side? You get a good workout on your legs and your patience is thoroughly tested. Side note: Get ready for some language barriers because the USPS application didnt require proper English. Just enough to say hi, bye, and okay! Hooray!
