I found out after they did all the work on my car that they RIPPED ME OFF like crazy! Charged over $200 to replace the oxygen sensor. The sensor was on my exhaust manifold RIGHT in the front of my car in plain sight! They didnt even need to lift the car. I looked up the price of the sensor online and found it to be $27! Even if the job took an hour, this should have cost me $100 tops. They wanted to charge me $200 for an oil pan. Looked up the price online and it was $65! They stripped my oil pan drain plug threads and would not admit they did. Do NOT go to them, they will most certainly rip you off. The mark up on some of the parts they order is ridiculous! On the plus side, they actually do quality work. (Except for stripping my oil pan drain plug threads) I have had no other problems with them quality wise. They will take you to the cleaners though.

Quoted $88 per tire on phone with a sale and special rebate if I open a credit card. I got all 4 tires done then they handed me an invoice for $856. They denied the quote on the phone was "per tire" and said the rebate and sale was for 1 tire and the rest were full price. I pointed out the price of their competitors ($200 cheaper) and I got the "they sell inferior products" speach. They then charged me $70 to put my old tires back on and the opportunity to get cheaper tires elsewhere.

on the way home today had a flat tire on GSP. this was the first tire store i came upon from the exit 63 and gave them a try. they were busy and had every car bay full and was still able to take care of my trivial tire patch quickly. we left the wheel/tire with them and stopped by walmart for a quick browse. surprise, it was done in abt half an hr. george was very helpful and promptly dropped me a call once the tire was fixed.

I bought tires here. Good ones. After 10,000 miles, steel started showing. I told them the tires were clearly defective. They said they werent defective... Instead...They said that they must have not aligned the tires properly. I said OK, so just put on new tires since they messed up. The manager refused and gave me an attitude. Horrible

At first, getting the particulars for my company account was difficult. However, this was resolved quickly and apologized for. They have a comfortable wait area and were able to perform what I needed with a second explanation in under an hour! They even went above and beyond by stowing my spare back under the truck.

It was very bad they were only supposed to change oil and ended up destroying our engine and now said they wont take responsibility please dont go here. We had called to inform them about the damage and was told if we came to the shop they would have us arrested. What good service they give.
