The MARLBORO gym has great machines and offers lots of classes..great instructors! good location. All that is very good. HOWEVER the place is really dirty.. I try to Bring my own Clorox wipes because i have NEVER seen PEOPLE clean. I see the same pieces of trash for days. At first I would clean it up to be a team player then I got a bit upset bc no janitor was cleaning by the machines. I complained but never saw a change. The womens bathroom is a sore spot as well. Always seem to out of toilet paper. :( its sad bc I use the other WOW gyms and see people clean all the time. Actually EVERY TIME. They vacuum , mop the treads of the treadmill. Clean the machines too and the bathrooms are always clean and smell clean.Marlboro has the best gym so I keep going back there. 3 stars for all the good stuff there in spite of poor cleaning.. and I am NO CLEANING FREAK.

Gym is fine. No major complaints with the gym itself. Decent size, but there seems to be a lack of 5lb weights for bar bells, no 35lb weights for bar bells at all, and only like 4 bar clips in the whole gym. My biggest problem with this gym, has nothing to do with the gym. The gym seems to attract the worst types gym goers. Gym a-holes for lack of a better word. And the dumbell corner with the squat rack gets very crowded. Other then that, clean gym, friendly staff, and theres gym equipment. Just watch out! Theyll pinch you with some weird. "annual maintenance" charges. Ask the desk about them.

Ive been a member five years, unknowingly been charged amount of 26.99 for a BASIC membership without my knowledge. agreed to 20 a month... I REFUSE to pay that amount any further for a BASIC membership, when numerous friends of mine pay FIFTEEN DOLLARS for a VIP MEMBERSHIP. This is a joke and the front desk employees are incompetent, when I asked how much a vip membership costs, the front desk rep said "I dont know..." If this issue isnt resolved Im canceling and filing a claim with my credit card, shouldnt have such terrible customer service

The old lady that works in the front[never seen her before] of the wow gym on rt 79 is by far the rudest, unprofesional person i have delt with.She called me crazy infront of a client because i had complained that my little sisster couldnt use the bathroom but yet i pay 190 a month for a trainer & regular gym membership fee . If your gonna take ur job this serious you should proble reconsider your career choice.

I have been using wow for about eight months. The facilities are very good and I enjoy my workout there. The place is clean and there are plenty of machines, I do not use any personal trainers and the cost averages out to about $1 a day or about $360 for the year not $20 a month. I have not had any problems with any staff or management and I will continue to go here.
