I almost left a review a few months ago, and would have given it an easy 4 stars. Having gone here for 6 months I find a lot of the machines break, and it often takes at least 2 weeks for anything to be repaired (usually bordering on a month). To top it off the same machines seem to keep breaking. Because the equipment is old and frequently broken this has been bumped down from 4 stars to 3 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is wifi now. The fact that theres no towel service and that the locker rooms arent up to date are irrelevant to me because of the price point of a membership. If i paid more i would expect some of those additional services, but at the current basic membership cost i believe what they provide is fair.

They do not even deserve one star from me but I want everyone to be forewarned that they are money hungry nasty people that own and work at these clubs. Natalie the manager was so unprofessional and told me she was too busy to call me back after 5 days of trying to reach her. I joined the Marlboro location in January and was trying to switch to the Matawan being that it is closer to my home and she tried to charge me another annual fee of $70 when I didnt even get my full year out of the program. It is the same company and makes no sense. BEWARE you will get a different answer from everyone you talk to!!!

Beware!!! They are photoshopping peoples contracts. They took mine and everyones signature and photoshopped it onto a new contract. They Raised our membership without a word to us. The gym smells and the equipment is always broken for months at a time before being repaired. The bathroom doors lock has been broken for months. I sign hangs to knock before entering. Please look at other gyms.

They will be nice to u and professional when u sign up but if for whatever reason u cancel ur membership u will be charged fees and they will tell u u have to give a notice even though they say there is no commitment when you signed up. When u ask why am getting charged they would simply say its written on ur agreament. That thing that no one ever reads. Two full pages. Try to stay away

Local gym with a decent amount of machines, cardio equipment and free weights to keep most people who train pretty happy. Classes are available, but never took one. Facility is kept clean, but equipment seemingly breaks more and more often. Steam room and sauna available. Monthly price is pretty cheap. Been training here for about 10 years.

It go there for convenience. Not cleanliness. Most of the staff is nice. There is a wide variety of classes, most will find something. Classes are much more mon-wed Thursday thru Sunday as very little. Id love more classes, equipment repaired more timely fashion , a certain lingering odor to go away, to see a certain nasty trainer gone.

When I first decided to make a change in my life to get healthy, I was introduced to Rachel Koch.. she has helped me to become stronger and healthier. She trained me personally and in small group as well as showing me ask around the gym and how to use the equipment. Best money I spend every month!!

Extremely terrible customer service, they have almost no knowledge of processing. They basically tell me, well idk? My manager is here monday, but yeah Im in charge for the day. Yeah, great customer service skills and exemplary work ethic.

Ok gym to do ur thing. However its like a maze Locker room is out of reach you have to climb a flight of stairs for it and the work out area is down stairs cardio room are in another areas no towel service. Like I said itll do for now.

Cardio Machines break down a lot. *Update* This cost should already be included into the current membership. Never Answered back to what the additional Annual cCharge is for. This was their response after the charged me annual fee.

NYSC has some great membership deals and some real nice staff. Sometimes a piece of equipment is out of commission longer than seems reasonable but I have seen that at other gyms too.

The gym and hours are good. Aside from the usual it has a racquet ball court. Staff is friendly and equipment is serviced fairly quickly. Wish the monthly fee was a bit cheaper.

Too long to fix broken equipment. Confuses contracts and agreements (Im not a lawyer so I dont really know if there is a difference) and says they dont need to abide.

Fairly good gym, good mix of free weights and machines. Mantinance is a bit slow to fix things and they seem very understaffed, but overall pretty happy with it.
