I grew up in the area of Eagle Auto Body and always heard good things about their shop. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. My car had some light front end damage and I did not want to got through insurance to cover the cost. I had decided to pay out of pocket and have the car repaired. I went to the shop and had a quick estimate done and told the employee(I believe he may actually have been the owner) that I wanted an estimate and that I would be paying out of pocket. He gave me the estimate and I felt good about the price. A few days later i call them up and tell them I want to set and appointment and again that I would be paying out of pocket and not go through insurance. The employee on the phone sure that wouldnt be a problem, come in and we will get a parts list and estimate. Great so far. The next day I arrive to the shop and walk in the front door. Talk to the man at the desk and explain what has happened so far. At this point he tells me "WE DO NOT WORK ON CARS THAT ARE PAID OUT OF POCKET, YOU MUST GO THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE" My time was wasted. I made two trips (hour round trip for me) and it takes up to this point to tell me this? I clearly stated that I would be paying out of pocket TWICE. Once in person and once on the phone. I would not recommend this shop unless you are forced to go there. Thank you for wasting my time. My repair was an easy fix and I would have made payment up front. I found a shop local to me that not only would let me pay out of pocket but offered a free rental car as well.

Scam artists!! So are the local police. My jeep broke down near them and since they wouldnt tow to Mantua (only 30-40 mins away) I had to pay for a second tow company to get it from them. Which I couldnt do until I went there in person to pay in cash even tho they could have charged my debit card. I basically got impounded by them after breaking down. Ended up paying a total of $410 between the two tows because this place wouldnt make any exceptions. They should have told me that they dont drive to Mantua before taking my jeep hostage. A$$HOLES!!!

We needed our car towed late last Saturday night. I called the shop and Michael returned my phone call very quickly. He had his tow truck driver, Mark meet us at the shop and follow us out to Chatsworth. He was able to get our car out of the sugar sand it was buried in without any issues. Both Michael and Mark were very helpful, professional and friendly. Their rates were very reasonable. We will keep their number in our cells just in case of another emergency. Would definitely recommend them!

I am thoroughly satisfied with the repairs that were completed on my Honda Pilot. The body and undercarriage was damaged but brought back to excellent condition. These craftsmen are top notch. Worst service I have ever experienced. I got into a car accident a month ago now and my car still is not finished. said they found further damage when i was supposed to get my car back over 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten report with what else is wrong with it. this business is a scam and i will never be getting my car repaired here again.

Mike and Dave run a clean and honest shop. Their work is impeccible. The finished job is as good as new. They also take the extra step to work with you and when you pick up your car it is cleaned inside and out. I was very, very happy with their work and would use them again (though I hope not so soon).

A bunch of dirt bags to put it nicely. They wanted to charge my mom over 8000 for work. They wanted to rip off the insurance company and the customer thinking we are idiots. They charged more than double than getting a car towed in philly!!! We took it somewhere else for less than half. F em

They ripped me off on towing and the fee for impounding my car. They were rude and practically attacked me this morning. They are a bunch of fat old men pretending to fix car bodies. There dishonest and crooks and I would never use them for service or towing.

This is a great shop and I would fully recommend it! I brought my car in after I was rear ended and you would never be able to tell I had work done to it. The shop also detailed my car afterwards which was a bonus. My car has never looked better!
