I had my Porsche 944 break down on me. I was positive it was just the shift linkage that came loose as it has happened to me before on another 944 Ive had. It is a 10 minute fix if you have a lift and incredibly easy to diagnose. The linkage came loose while I was driving to work, so I called AAA to have it towed. Circle Automotive picked it up. This was the middle of winter so I had it towed to them and told them the the linkage just needed to be reconnected and Id be fine. While at work, they called me and told me I needed a new transmission as it was broken inside the transmission. I made the mistake of believing them instead of trusting my 8 yr knowledge of owning and working on 944s. I assumed they would at least check to make sure what I said wasnt the problem. They told me the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced an quoted me $1000 labor, not including the replacement transmission. I told them to tow it back to me because I did not want to fix it yet. I sold it for $1000 and the guy who bought it fixed the linkage immediately much to my dismay (exactly what I thought it was). The car would have been worth at least double if they did what I aked. While it is totally my fault for not double checking, this shop should have at least been able to ascertain the issue after I made it clear that I knew what the problem was. Instead they grossly misdiagnosed it and forced me to buy a new car, and sell this one for well under its value. I would never trust them with my car again. TLDR: I told the shop what the issue exactly was, they told me the issue was way worse and I stupidly believed them costing me money.

I have been going to circle for several years. I have to say Freddy is one of the most perfectional person I have ever met. He has always been there for all of my big problems and stupid problems with my car. He takes such good care of me and my vehicle. I have recommended him to every person I know. The owner Dee is just as awesome. He puts up with me as Freddy does and never once have they said they couldnt help and get the job done. Every job Ive ever had done on my car which was 15 yrs old was always a problem. They managed to fix it perfectly without question. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the most honest mechanic out there.

I wish I could give a MILLION STARS. Police called for a tow. I was rescued By the owner of CIRCLE AUTOMOTIVE during the storm of 1/23/16 At 1a.m. off of. Rt 1 Not only was I rescued. He was GOD SENT, HONEST AND KIND. considering the weather. I wasnt ripped off. Picked up my car Monday The owner and his employers took GREAT care of me and more importantly my toy Madza RX8. I pray never to have to be rescued again, but if I have to I will call him again. I recommend anyone who in need to call them too. MANY, MANY THANKS.

I was involved in an accident, and Circle Automotive was called in to tow and store my vehicle. For 2 months I have been back and forth with 3 different insurance companies and Circle Automotive has been a GOD SEND. They have been amazingly helpful and patient - not only offering guidance but also HELPING me get the insurance companies to move.
